I weighed 289 lbs and now 226 lbs. I lost 62 lbs in 6 months. Accelis is an awesome product. If used correctly. I did change my eating habits and started exercising a little bit, and lots of water. I think its great I’m still losing my goal is 160lbs. I will continue using Accelis to do it.

I’m 6 capsules shy of finishing the bottle and I haven’t lost weight or inches. I’m 46 years old, 5′2″ and 131 lbs. Up until 6 months ago I still had my favorite jeans from High School in my wardrobe rotation. Following a knee injury, I believed it would be easy for me to lose weight because I’ve never tried to do so before and also the most I wanted to lose was/is 12 pounds. This product seemed perfect for my specific goal but it hasn’t worked.

I am a middle aged overweight woman. I have for the most part been slim and exercised but when menopause hit, something went wonky. I started putting on the weight and got discouraged at my flakey attempts to maintain or get it off. The cravings for breads, pastas was unquenchable. I started using Accelis and another product diet patch and I am getting unbelievable results. In six days I am down over six pounds. I am elated. I am able to control my bad eating habits now without craving the breads, pastas. I am eating smaller meals four times a day and walking 5.3 kilometers a day (a little over 3 miles) and most importantly, drinking water and lots of it. I like this product a lot and will get more to continue my journey to a healthier body.

I took this product as directed & finished the entire bottle. I ate sensibly & exercised every day; I even bought a new bicycle & started riding again in addition to my daily 2.5mi brisk dog walks. I have seen no results, I have lost no weight. I only want to drop 5lbs as I am not terribly overweight (5′6″, 138lbs). I must conclude that perhaps this product would be more effective for someone with more weight to lose because it has done nothing for me.

Accelis is like many other diet pills offering benefits of the pill combined with exercise and diet. There is no way around it, exercise and proper diet are key to a healthy lifestyle no matter how much weight a person wants or needs to lose. I used Accelis exactly as directed and got great results. There are no side effects, other than a more restful night sleep, and a slight boost of energy during the day. As far as not being able to “feel” the product working, it is refreshing not to be shaky, nervous, or wired after taking a diet pill. I work out quite a bit anyway but wanted to lose some pounds so I took Accelis. I didn’t change anything about my daily routine and lost 8 pounds in a month. That may not seem like a lot, but pounds lost doesn’t always reflect body fat. I’m positive Accelis works!

Just wanted to note that I am taking this product and it may or may not work lost some weight. But you need to eat a low fat diet and exercise, the only thing that will help you loose weight fast is lipo and well it costs alot of money. So sitting on your butt thinking there is a pill out there that will make you loose weight with out dieting and exercise well no such thing you need to work hard. Well does it work I have no clue to be honest I have been eating good and exercising so that may be whats taking the weight off who knows. Pills alone do not work!!!! keep in mind prior to taking any diet pill.

The first time I started Accelis I lost about 5 lbs. And I will admit, I was shocked and pleased. But within 2 weeks of taking the product, I began to have these terrible side effects. I would have this headache that wouldn’t go away till late afternoon. I also had a feeling of nausea. It was unbearable at times. As much as I want to lose weight, feeling sick all the time because of a diet pill isn’t worth it. It really isn’t. Accelis may work for others, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. It just depends on the person and their body type. Good luck to all in achieving their weight loss and fitness goals.

I started taking Accelis about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. I have to date lost 10 pounds. I am in jeans that I could not wear months ago. I work in a kitchen and was constantly grazing and now I think about everything that I want to put in my mouth. I cut all of my portions in half and drink lots of water. I eat breakfast now which I havent done since high school ( 20 + years ago). I push away from the table even before my half portions are finished!! Does it work? I say hell yes! I have never tried anything like this before and it combined with the right attitude and watching what I eat has made me so much happier! I cant to add an exercise program and see what happens next!

I tried Accelis for about 1 month. My weight was 168lbs at age 27 height 5″2.It does not work at all. 1st of all you do not feel any symptoms are side effects, so it makes you think, is this pill working. I worked out 5 days a week, stop drinking soda, eating candy and sweets. I also went on a 1500 calorie diet. Nothing!!! I joined weight watchers that following week after I stopped taking those pill and lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks.My current weight 161 lbs. Weight watchers is a very natural and healthy diet. I’m still losing weight on weight watchers.Here’s a tip there is No fast way to losing weight. You have to watch what you eat and exercise. That’s the only way.

I can honestly say that this was my very first time trying a product that would or could help me loose weight. The truth is that I did follow a daily exersize program and I did watch what I ate and most importantly I took Accellis once a day at the same time everyday. I got nothing! I was really hoping to have lost even half of what the product said. Even 5 lbs would have made me happy. I should have listened to what the other comments had said and not even wasted my time. But I thought maybe it might work for me. My only suggestion is, Do not buy this product…it really doesnt work.

I used Accelis for 1 week. I had to stop taking it because it caused me to be severly constipated. I drank a lot of water throughout the day and ate moderately. I stopped taking it due to this so I am not sure about this product. Is constipation a side effect? The box nor the paperwork enclosed with it did not advise on side effects.

I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks. For the first few days I felt great. After 4 or 5 days I woke up with a headache and feeling like I am about to throw up. It is a terrible feeling and it does not go away until 3 or 4 pm. I have not lost any weight and I am working out 5 days a week and I am consuming lower calories. I have used other diet pills that work and with them I have never felt the way I feel using acclis. The other pills gave me energy, also I notice I am very tired about 6pm in the evening. Not the greatest product I have tried.
