i just started takin the pills today to try it out i have been on the internet lookin for the pros and cons and i have to agree my energy level is sky high! i actually ran a mile today and still felt energized. i also lost 1 pd today. my hunger is no more but i made myself eat because i know its not good for your metabalism not to or your healh but i ate i cup of brown rice for lunch steamed broccoli for a snack and grilled lean chicken for dinner with steamed veggies. but like i said it takes away your hunger so even though the portions were small i was not hungry any more. i just wonderin if the side affects after stop takin it will decrease the amount of energy i had before the pills. i guess we will see…

I’ve never tried diet pills of any kind before until now. And I have to tell you, this one is amazing. I’m 5’5 and 125 lbs. I’m by no means fat. Actually very toned and sexy. But, I’ve noticed I’ve been tired and lagging lately and its starting to affect my weight. The dreaded love handles are starting to show up! EEEK! So, I just tried my first two pills of Akavar about 30 minutes ago and I’ve got to tell you, my energy has already shot through the roof. I’m bouncing around my house like a crazy person. I just finished my workout but I’m so hyped up I want to run downstairs and jump on my treadmill. Wow! I’m not sure if it will always give me this result but if it does, I will be super impressed.

This is my 3rd week using Akavar. I started off taking one pill a day three times a day for the the first few days, then moved up to about 4 -5 pills a day. Not all at once of course. Definitely seemed to suppress my appetite and give me more energy. After I would get off work I would go home and work out for like 45 minutes. Then I would just crash and fall asleep. I dont know if that was because of the caffeine, or working out. I never crashed like that before. But then again, I never worked out much before. I did end up losing about 5 pounds the first week, along with watching what I eat and working out 30 min/day 5x a week. I stopped taking them for a week, put 4 pounds back on, and then decided this week to try the pills again. I’m hoping I can stick with the diet this time.

This stuff really works!!!! I lost 8lbs in one week. Below is a detailed description of “my way” of dieting and using Akavar. I know that everyone’s body and metabolism is different but I hope this works for you. If interested in knowing more and knowing how I am going to lose 19 more pounds by September 10th, 2009, I will keep posting so that I can keep you updated on my progress. I know it is hard and losing weight is every woman’s dream to feel great and look amazing. That is why I am taking the time to share my weight loss goal, how to do it the right way and that I will 100% guarantee that it will work. The Akavar pills will definitely HELP curb your appetite. It has worked for me, and I usually will crave and eat big meals. My height is 5’3. I started off weighing 147lbs on 7/20/09. My ideal goal weight is 120lb. I carry my weight quite well but I want to feel and look great like I did before I had my daughter. I am 25 years old and I don’t want to miss my young years by feeling physically and mentally unsuccessful by not achieving my goals. I am sharing this because I have been looking for a miracle diet/pill that is easy for me to see weight loss fast. I have been an emotional eater all my life. I have always, since I can remember, wanted a sexy skinny body. I am a curvy big butted, Latino woman and I hate getting the wrong kind of attention and not being able to fit comfortable in my clothes or feel my best in a bikini. I am one of those that will always go up and down in weight due to my clothes feeling tighter and I’ll start wearing loser shirts and more comfortable pants so that it won’t push my love handles out. I hate feeling like I can’t breathe in my own regular clothes. Going by your clothes and how they fit won’t help to keep that weight off. People are taking diet pills to another level. If you are not ready to devote to changing what and how much you eat than please do not take these/any other kind of diet pills. You may be in a situation that you feel that you need to lose weight super fast and you may be determined to not eat that much to get their but any diet pill can be extremely dangerous and will never allow you to keep that weight off if you starve yourself. The key thing is that you need to shrink your stomach by speeding up your metabolism and that involves eating more often and in WAY smaller portions. Just as fast as you may see that you’re losing that weight due only eating twice a day or starving yourself you will just as fast double that weight faster than how you lost it. Trust me it’s happened to me. Stop telling yourself that you’re going to do it and stop saying that “it’s just that I love food so I CAN’T”. Everything is mental and all those wrong thoughts can lead to even worse things in your life like depression and cause even more weight gain. You have to ask yourself: Am I happy physically and mentally right now?” If not then take action start now before its too late. The more you think you can’t the more time you’re wasting while you can be spending that time just by trying. Everyone has their own weaknesses in foods. Mine is carbohydrates and Latin food. Some may be sweets, fast food, fried food, etc. I am not a person that can follow diet plans like measuring food cooking directed meals, or even cutting carbs. You have to do everything in moderation. The key thing is to drink a little over 8 glasses of water per day. The great thing about Akavar is that it makes you completely thirsty so take advantage of that. (But please don’t over drink too much water as it is overdose and is not good for you). In the morning as soon as you wake up try to drink at least 1 cup of water (don’t worry if you can’t drink the whole thing but try) for breakfast eat your regular 2 eggs and 1 whole wheat toast or fruits. I do not recommend to intake coffee while on Akavar, this will really make you jittery and dizzy. Make you sure you eat a healthy non fat, no sugar snack 1 ½ hours before lunch time. Start by taking 1-2 capsule 15-25 minutes before lunch and take the other no later than 5:00pm 15-15 minutes before dinner. Since you are not going to be that hungry train yourself to just eat half of your meals. But make sure it’s a regular size meal. (For example: a whole wheat sandwich with low fat cheese, turkey, low fat Mayo and lots of mustard if you like it). Eat half of that very slowly wait 20 minutes after you are done eating and you’ll feel full. 2 hours later eat veggies or rice snacks, remember to listen to your stomach, and if you don’t need to eat any more than it don’t eat it. Drink water when you feel like your craving something, which works for me. Make sure you have your last meal before 5:30/6:00pm at the latest and sip only water thereafter until you go to bed. Try not intake water 3 hour before bed time. Always weigh yourself in the morning at least every other day so that you can keep track of your weight and so that you can realize if what you’re doing works. If you don’t see any weight loss then replace some of the more fatty foods with other healthy foods, be strict from Monday through Thursday by not eating after 5:30 this will definitely help you lose the weight. In the weekends chose a cheat day to eat something that you like or have been craving like crazy but please try not to over do it. And the other days of the weekend try not to eat bad foods and still eat smaller portions; this will help you maintain the weight you have lost within the week so that you can continue to keep your progress by the time the week starts. Give yourself a realistic deadline to lose your goal weight. Write notes of your progress. If you do not lose that much weight, do not give up. Some bodies are different than others but it’s best to get your stomach use to eating smaller portions and keeping your weight off permanently. Make sure that you prep yourself to know that once you want to start to come off of any diet pill that you are ready to keep eating in the same way while you were on them. ***Remember to take multi-vitamins and to not cheat yourself as this will only harm yourself. Try to stop eating anything that is white (rice, bread, spaghetti, ect..) and replace it with whole wheat. And allow yourself to choose healthy snacks rather than the 100 calorie cookies, chips, ect… I am not saying you can’t but if you want to see results faster than limit yourself to healthy snacks until you get to where ever you want to get to. Then thereafter you can eat little things like that in moderation and smaller portions to keep your weight off. Exercise at least 3x per week even if it is just walking. This is reality, no diet pill will work alone you have to help yourself to incorporate a new way of eating if you are really serious about losing and keeping that weight off. ***Think about it this way: What do you prefer one moment of happy satisfaction from eating something that you enjoy; or feeling amazing in that bikini and clothes? Every time you feel like you can’t resist, imagine that by being strong and not eating that type of foods, you will wake up tomorrow morning feeling that much more amazing!

I definately think I’ve lost some weight but I really wasn’t heavy to begin with. I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago. I started taking it mainly to see if it would really supress my appetite. I’ve had issues with bingening and purging for years and I get terrible eating anxieties I would binge often and purge. I’ve tried many different approaches to dealing with my ED and I started to realize that my will power not to binge was constantly being plastered by the hunger I had even after eating a full meal of about 800 calories. I tried the whole little snacks deal every hour and by 5pm I had already consumed 2000 calories and my eating anxities were worse at night. Then my other big issue was my lethargy and lack of energy. Well I started taking this product and my eating anxities definately decreased and my energy pepped up. For the first 3 weeks I only took 2 pills. The first week I barely slept and I felt great. For the last 2 days I’ve been taking 3 pills. 2 in the morning and one about 3pm. I’m just happy that my bingeing issue is in control. I do have a lot of gas but I eat foods that are high in fiber and protein and honestly as long as I’m not puking I don’t care if I’m gassy. I definately feel healthier. My downfall was sweets and starches and those would always instigate a binge, now I barely eat them. I bought a pack of fruit mentos and it’s lasted me 2 weeks, before I would’ve devoured 2 packs in 10mins. I put one in mouth 2 days ago b/c I wanted something sweet and I through it out about 5 seconds later because I just didn’t desire it anymore. I’m smarter about my eating which is definately helping. Instead of eating a pound of jellybeans throughout the day I snack on almonds and trail mix. I think I still consume quite a bit of calories but they come from foods that provide much more than just empty calories. Now I have a much easier time doing something that I hard a hard time with and that’s just to eat moderately and feel satisfied without stuffing my face.

I am on my 2nd bottle so for a month and a half and have lost 17 lbs. I have tried ever diet pill out there and nothing has worked like this. I would recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to jump start their weightloss. I take 2 in the morning and 21 in the after noon. Never taken it past 2pm. I drink water like a fish but that is great water is good for you. I have to force myself to eat. I never feel hungry. You definitely want to eat. I eat a yogurt for lunch and then a meal at dinner but I use a small plate like a coffee saucer to put my portions on, then I walk for an hr to 45 min 3 times a wk. I really like the energy I get and the fast results. Good luck to anyone who is using this product!!

I have been taking this product for almost a week now. Monday will be 1 entire week. I have lost 4-5 pounds (I fluctuate between 195-196 depending on the time of day.) The first two days I felt VERY anxious to the point of severe paranoia, however I once suffered from an anxiety disorder, so it could simply be me. Besides that, the anxiety subsided after day two as my body adjusted to the huge amount of stimulants. I had a twinge of a headache once or twice, but it was very mild and easily remedied with aspirin, and as of day three I have had no more aches. Do NOT take this pill past five o’clock if you want to actually sleep. I tend to go to sleep around midnight on a regular basis, so I was unable to take the pill any less than seven hours before I intended to sleep or I was awake until 4-5 a.m. That being said, my energy levels have been much higher than normal. After the first few days, my super energy has subsided, but I still feel a sustained level of energy that is much higher than normal and makes me feel excited and generally happy about life. I have been playing with my dogs, running in circles, and winning on my dancing video game. I can not sit still long and am motivated to MOVE. Food has not been on my mind much. I find myself eating one “normal” sized meal a day, and only eating 1/2-2/3 of it, never the full thing. I used to clean my plate, and have two “normal” sized meals a day (Theu usually consisted of 1,000 calories all on their own). PLUS, I would snack, so my calorie intake would be 2500-3000 or more. I have to force myself to snack, and because I don’t WANT to snack, those snacks are things like a handful of nuts or an apple/banana. You need to eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism running, so I DO snack, but now I have to force myself and the snacks have turned into tiny portions of something healthy because I don’t really want to eat anything in the first place. My calorie consumption is probably 1,000-1,300 per day since beginning this pill. PLUS, my activity level has increased from forcing myself to walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes only a couple of days a week, to doing 30-40 minutes of aerobics a day, plus whatever running, jumping, or playing with my dogs/fiance I feel like doing…Which is allot lately. This pill makes you exercise (or your head will explode if you sit still), and makes you consume allot fewer calories. Not a magic pill, but a DEFINITE AID in weight loss. The difference between success and failure when trying to lose weight I think. Might not work if you are desensitized to xanthines however, since you might not get the boost. May have side affects if you are sensitive to caffeine, but they will subside after continued use. The first few pounds are fast, and then I think weight loss slows down, but the effects of energy and suppressed appetite do not wear off.

i’ve been using this product for 1 month, i take 2 a aday at 2 o clock, and that will suppress my hunger until i go to sleep. One time i tried taking 3 pills, (2 at 2 o clock , and then one at 5 oclock,) and i could not sleep the whole night, and felt jittery and nauseous the whole day, so 2 is the perfect amount for me. anyways i finished my first bottle and just started on my 2nd one, and i feel ABSOLUTELY GREAT. i’ve lost 7 pounds? but that is the exact weight i wanted to lose, and now i kinda just want to take it as a maintenance pill. Im not over weight, im 5’5 21 and 118 now, before i was 125, i just like having a lean body, without any of the extra pudge. I just wanted to mention that, alot of people after taking this pill have stated that they no longer feel like eating for the rest of the day, and this is EXTREMELY unhealthy. THere is a minimum amount of calories that EACH person needs to consume to have a healthy life. You can find your minimum neccessary calorie intake at [] this website tells you the minimum amount of calories you need to take according to your weight, age and height. I strongly encourage people to make sure that they keep their body at a healthy calorie daily intake, because every action that you do requires calories, this includes sleeping. and lastly make sure you drink LOTS and LOTs of water, or else you’ll feel dehydrated. other than that. i defintely would recommend this to everyone to try =)

I have only been taking this product for about a week and I have seen a major change in the way I eat and my energy. I have took many diet pills that make you feel like crap and give you jitters but this one doesn’t. I have lost about 3lbs so far and feel great. I have been exercising some. I feel that if I exercise more it will come off faster. On the package it says something about eating what you want but I dont believe this is true. I have not been really hungry but I when I get bored I eat even if I’m not hungry so I have been watching what I eat. I have also been keeping a journal of the calories that I consume each day and this helps out a lot. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is not expensive and very easy to find almost anywhere.

my friend and I started taking this a week and a half ago, and i lost 2 pounds and she lost 4,but we both noticed that our pants are fitting looser, and our faces are slimmer as well.we both ate normal and we didn’t exercise either. it also gave us LOTS of energy,i mean thorugh the roof!my friend experienced no side affects but i did. i noticed that if you don’t drink lots of water throughout the day, you’ll feel nausuas and faint, and i ALWAYS had to have something in my stomach. but i also have a weak stomach. but we both did notice ourselfs farting alot more, lol.all in all, just drink plenty of water with it, skip the soda and coffee, and don’t take it to late in the day, b/c you’ll be up all night, and we both plan on sticking to it for awhile.

It’s funny, I was just here five days ago wondering whether or not I should try Akavar 20/50 and looking up reviews and all, and here I am now. I have only been on this product for like, four days. And no lie or exaggeration, I lost SEVEN and half pounds so far. How could that be, right?! When they said it was “fast acting’, they sure as hell wasn’t kidding. I’ve tried mainly Hoodia type products before, and this is the only thing that has shown me any results, I was amazed. BUT, it makes my sleeping patterns all strange. Also, I’m worried the consequences of what will happen right when I get off this product, such as gain all the weight back within days or have extreme fatigue. Even though, I still am going to continue to use this product for a month or two.

could be just my body comp but, i had ACL surgery and bought this right before so that when i was laid up for 4-5 weeks that my poor diet and lack of doing ANYTHING wouldnt set me back as far. sadly, it didnt work, i took it as said on the label, and recieved NOTHING. that whole eat all you want and still lose weight is BS in my opinion. it may work if your workin out doin cardio and eating semi healthy. but for me, my diet was so-so (not great not terrible) and i lost nothin, other than the 30-40 bucks i spent. try it at the store that offers refunds, and then take it back if i was right

I bought this product at the end of December and used it for about 2 weeks. I felt like it had absoloutely no effect on my body what so ever! I have a high tolerance for caffeine so it could be why i didnt feel anything but I was quite disappointed! If anything AFTER i stopped taking it i felt ridiculously hungry all the time =/ I would definately say skip this product and save your money!

Ive been using the product for about 3 weeks now. The scales say ive only lost about 5 pds, but clothes that i havent been able to fit in months are fitting now and i can see changes in my body when i look in the mirror. It gives me so much energy, i love it! I have to make myself eat though, it seems to work very quickly in burning the food that you have eaten, but it still decreses your appitite tremendously! I would recomment this product to anyone trying to loose weight!

I have been using this product for about 2 months now. Although the scale says that I’ve only lost 10 pounds, I’ve been able to fit into pants that I couldn’t pull up past my thighs a few months ago. People that I haven’t seen in a little while are telling me that I have lost a lot of weight. I don’t eat anything and everything I want, I don’t believe any pill can help with that, I try to stick to a low carb lifestyle – I have intentions on going to the gym, but honestly, I make it about 2-3 time a week. But I will warn you, it will affect your bowel movements, you will get urges every now and then. Overall, I would recomend it and am still using it to date.
