AmiLean Extreme

AmiLean Extreme is a dietary supplement created by Ideal Marketing Concepts. The creators claim that AmiLean Extreme is used to enhance mental alertness, increase energy and stamina and help promote weight loss.

Ideal Marketing Concepts claims that after just one dose, you will never train without AmiLean. We wanted to look deeper into what makes this supplement so special.

What’s in It?

Ideal marketing Concepts included a few important ingredients in AmiLean Extreme that are worth taking a harder look at.

One ingredient we are all familiar with is caffeine. Caffeine acts as a stimulant to the central nervous system. It is used to reduce physical fatigue increase brain awareness.

AmiLean also contains a stimulant called dimethylamylamine (DMAA) which is supposed to increase energy and concentration during workouts without the crash or burnout later. Reports show that DMAA has also become a common mood enhancer.

Last but not least, an ingredient called NADH is included in the energy supplement. NADH is a stimulant that actually occurs naturally in the body. NADH is essential for the body to produce energy from food. It can also be used as a supplement to improve athletic endurance and in treating chronic fatigue.

DMAA, combined with the caffeine and NADH makes AmiLean Extreme an energy-packed tablet. It appears to be more than just that though.

Clearly if you just wanted an energy buzz you could just go to the store and buy your favorite energy drink. AmiLean Extreme combines the right amount of energy from the right ingredients to create a safe way to effectively improve your workout.

What Else Should I Know?

Just like any energy and pre-workout supplements, AmiLean has its risks and side effects. Per the product’s directions, it is meant to be taken 45 minutes before exercising. You can find it anywhere online.

Possible side effects or AmiLean can include headache and nausea. Make sure you talk to your physician to make sure you don’t encounter more potential risks.

What We Think

Energy supplements can be risky. We believe AmiLean is no exception. We do, however, feel that AmiLean offers the best bang for your buck. The best deal we found was $14.00 which makes AmiLean at least worth trying out.
