Anabolic Pump is a supplemental fat burner that claims to be “The Only Supplement That Naturally Allows You To Build Muscle And Burn Fat – At The Same Time!” If you don’t want to take our word for it then mosey on to the USP Labs official site and you will find that exact statement glaring at your in big bold red type. Anabolic Pump actually bears a secondary title as well: The Genetic Equalizer. Apparently this top of the line fat burner can cause you to “quickly gain more muscle mass, torch bodyfat from your ‘trouble areas’ faster than a speeding bullet AND completely transform yourself into a lean, muscular ‘stud’ without changing your diet or workouts…” That is an awful lot to promise from a fat burning aid.

The only ingredients we could find on the Anabolic Pump official site were listed as phellodendron and crape mertle and these ingredients are meant to be a part of a 750mg proprietary blend. This product is meant to be taken exactly as instructed on the label. The directions call for you to take 1 capsule twice a day, 15-20 minutes before any meal containing carbohydrates for 7 days. After the first 7 days you can increase your intake to 1 capsule three times a day, still 15-20 minutes before carb containing meals.

Without any real information regarding the ingredients in this supplement, or what amounts these ingredients are used in, we have no recourse but to advise against the use of USP Labs Anabolic Pump at this time. There are much more upfront products that will provide you with all of the pertinent ingredient information you will need to determine if a fat burner is truly what you need at this point on your weight loss journey. We do not recommend the purchase of use of Anabolic Pump.

The first day on Anabolic Pump I worked out my shoulders. The next day I noticed that they were soar from the previous days workout (which is a good thing) and they felt pumped. I will say that the big thing about this product is you must eat A LOT of carbohydrates 15min after you take it. Despite eating more carbs my stomach actually got flatter and I wasn’t bloated at all. I think this product is great.

I took one pill of AP before small carb loaded pre work out meal. I went to the gym about 15 minutes later and did my arm routine. on my first post warm up set I started to get a nice pump. From the beginning of the work out to the end i was getting pumps. I even did dips at the end of my work out and started to feel a pump in my chest and shoulders. My muscle endurance was excellent, I didnt feel the usual enervated stall due to lack of energy that i typically get. and again i have to say the pump was HUGE! one of the best iv ever experienced. I was very surprised how big my arms felt after the work out. And this was literally from only one pill. I look forward to trying again tomorrow. ON a side note i have take Powerful by usp labs and it makes me sleep like a rock. I love that stuff I highly recommend it if you just want to get a good nights sleep.

Um…ok? So I did the “Asteroid Stack” because the GNC guy was telling me this satck is Awesome!!!! ok..so i did notice my workouts got intense but with out increasing the weights i was sweating a lot and felt like I was killing it! Well 2 months later I was looking alright considering my tight nutrition and cardio program with proper sleep along with CEE, aminos, zma, but the pictures and stats they posted from previous users…uh really??? No I dont think so, this is another product with genius marketing that is all the rage but really is garbage. Also gnc gets a phat, phat commision for selling this, my boy works there (just started) and they get a $9 commission on every bottle think about that incentive over a month!!!

“I’ve been using Anabolic-Pump for about 3 months now and I’m absolutely loving it. It has allowed me to eat more carbs, which has lead to awesome energy and strength in the gym. Typically when I eat a lot of carbs I get fat. Not with Anabolic-Pump. I just take 1 capsule about 20 minutes before I eat & just like the product says, the nutrients go to my muscles and away from fat. I have increased my carb intake about 75-80 grams per day (spaced out across 4 meals). As mentioned, typically this would lead me to gaining fat and holding water, but I’ve leaned out and gained lean muscle! I can’t imagine eating carbs again without it. Needless to say I’m thrilled with the results and have told a bunch of guys at the gym about it.”

My company medic/doc told me about Anabolic pump. I went to GNC and picked it up. I love Anabolic Pump. I have been using it for 3 weeks and I am down 6lbs but my strength is way up. During morning PT i see great increases in endurance, road mach and mandatories. The increase in endurance allows me to finish road march without feeling empty. The strength increases have allowed me to increase my pushups per minute and total pull ups. I can eat as much as i want and my body fat is dropping. I love the fact that i can gain muscle/strength and lost body fat. I will be using this product for some time!

I train MMA fighters out of one of the biggest camps in florida and use Anabolic Pump from the weight room to the cage with my fighters. Put simply Anabolic Pump allowed them to train longer, harder, faster but MOST importantly it was speeding their recovery to unheard of levels. They would train with a fighters intensity and recover from one day to the next. I’m not why I am posting this review as it is my secret weapon(of course my fighters have the best diets) for performance. This made cutting weight easy because they could eat carbohydrates and maintain muscle mass while dropping body fat. I call the supplement machine fuel….bottom line if you are not using it with your athletes better for me.

As a Doctor, I am seldom impressed by a nutritional supplement. However, Anabolic-Pump has me impressed, both for the real-world application & the science behind it. A supplement that allows you to eat carbs, yet still lose bodyfat and gain lean muscle tissue and strength is a true Godsend. The ability to activate GLUT4 independent of Insulin is simply remarkable. Do you have any idea how important that is? And the fact that its ingredients have third-party double-blind research behind it seals the deal for me. All of my patients who I have given Anabolic-Pump too have lost bodyfat, gained lean muscle tissue and are now healthier. I truly consider this a “must-have” for those who are serious about their health, performance and looks. If you aren’t that serious you may want to skip this, but if you truly are serious, it should be in your everyday aresenal.

One of my favorite products. Allows me to eat more carbs and get bigger and leaner. Strength, endurance and pumps are also way up. I mean, who doesn’t want a 24 hour post-workout window of opportunity? Since I put on fat very easily, I would never eat carbs without it. Most of the guys at the gym are on it and love it. Highly recommended.

noticed no difference

I was excited to take this supplement and stacked it with powerful and a recovery creatine. to be honest it was quite annoying consuming the required pill and then the complex carbs three times a day. I didnt change my work out and noticed no difference in my performance and appearance. (no all day pumps etc). the science for it is ridiculous and looking at it now so are the claims. “muscle cells are activated and increased by a whopping 132% or more without working out. That’s right…without working out!” yeah right. Dont bother with this.
