I used this product two years ago when i first started working out. However i never kept on a strict workout schedule so the product didnt work. I figured i would try it again this year with a very strict workout schedule. It works great! It helps with recovery time, im able to go to the gym and lift every single day without feeling dead. Ive gone from 183lbs to 201 lbs in about two months. Everyone i know can tell a difference just by looking at me and it feels great! I strongly recommend Anavol!

im only a freshmen in highschool and i’v been taking this product for a month and its working great. in only 1 month i have gained 12 pounds of muscle and added 25 pounds to my bench press and am now benching 225. this product works even better if u stack it with a nitric oxide! Only take this product if u are willing to put the time in in the weight room!

With the time release technology this product is the perfect find. Throughout the day I have continual pumps making it enjoyable to work out. The recovery time is almost instant and you can’t go wrong with the price. Even on days you don’t lift you can feel the product keeping your muscles flexed. The gel capsule is also a plus since its easy on your stomach. The only negative aspect is the constant drinking of water throughout the day. If water consumption is not frequent you will notice bloating.

Anavol is great! I first started using it in May of ‘06 and with in four months i went from weighing in at 140lbs to 170lbs and went from benching 135 to 225. I’m only 5′8, 170lbs and reping 255, three sets of six with out a spotter, on my bench press. When I first started using Anavol I could see a difference in my muscles in under 2 weeks. You need to follow directions and it’ll work. All in all it’s a good buy.

This product was absolutely terrible. compared to cell mass, or a size on anavol shouldn’t even be sold. don’t forget that when you first start working out you get stronger naturally. The anavol you took had nothing to do with it.

I used anavol for a month i had a very good diet and drank about 72 ounces of water a day. I didnt have any monster gains. And my recovery took longer than before. Usually i had to rest only one day but with anavol it took 3 days to get back into the gym. im going to go back to cell-mass

If used properley with a good diet and excercise regimen this product can give you incredible gains! I began seriously working out 3 years ago and I started ANAVOL soon thereafter. Within 3 months I had added 10lbs of muscle to my frame. My bench press went up from 170 to 255!!! Remember you have to be willing to work but I guarantee if you put in the gym time it will pay off.

I work at a popular nutrition store, and with my discount I have the ability to try different products without necessarily breaking the bank. I tried Anavol, and even bought it twice, but did not find it to be a success. Don’t let salesmen convince you it is comparable to CE2 or any other Ethyl-Ester based creatine, it really isn’t. Alpha-Ketaglutarate is a much slower, yet sustained release. Regardless, I didn’t feel any of the creatine benefit with this product. I thought the price was good, which was probably the reason for my continual purchase, yet the benefits were not there. There is a much better creatine product on the market by Biogenetix, which contains Creatine in three forms– Ethyl Ester, Alpha Ketaglutarate, and Deconate. This comprises of a fast, moderate, and slow release. Much superior compared to Anavol. PS people always forget to drink plenty of water with creatine, so don’t forget.

i am a frshman in college and i played high school football. i didnt lift after football season my senior year until i got to college. i was gettin really weak so i tried anavol. it worked well, gave me good concentration and i never really plateau. you have to work out when you use it though, ITS NOT MAGIC PEOPLE! i never understand those people that think if they take suppliments all they need is to look at a bench and get huge.

I have been on Anavol for about two weeks now and love it! My strength, vascularity, and size has increased tremendously. I have been lifting for about two years now and am 18 and have tried countless supplements that do not work. Anavol definitely works with proper hydration, exercise, and diet you can see substantial gains. But just using Anavol will not get you stacked. I take creatine monohydrate as well and a weight gainer but my goals are playing collegiate football so everyone will be different. Regardless, Anavol works.

I have to say,this stuff may be slow but it really helps your recovery and gives you a good fealing to know that your muscles are constintly being pumped full of creatine all day.

I’ve been taking Anavol and T3 together with Shock Therapy (before my work out) for just over one month now. Wholly crap, I blew up. I’ve gained 10lbs of muscle so far and I feel like Hercules. I’ve never been able to lift so much before or had so much endurance. However, I will say this: I have been working my a$$ off though, and I did seriously increase my workouts upon taking these supplements. My workouts are focusing on shocking the muscle and I change my routine every week. My workouts are much harder than before and I’ve never pushed this hard in my life (the supplements?). Added a little more protein to the diet as well. But I’m a fan. I HIGHLY recommend this with T3 if you want to gain size fast.
