Animal M-Stak is a muscle building supplement that has “attracted worldwide interest from bodybuilders and strength athletes looking for anabolic support.” Animal M-Stak is meant to boost anabolic muscle growth by affecting specific biological pathways instead of by manipulating hormone levels. Animal M-Stak also boasts that it is “suitable for natural bodybuilders as well as drug-tested athletes since it contains no steroid derivatives.” Animal M-Stak is not to be taken indefinitely. This product is meant as a 21 days program and should be used in conjunction with a strength training program to give you the maximum muscle building results possible. This product retails for $58.95 but we found it for a low as $28.95 on some third party websites.
According to Universal Nutrition ( the makers of Animal M-Stak) “Animal Stak’s primary anabolic effects come from its ability to directly influence the synthesis of anabolic hormones by converting into them.” The ingredients found in this compound are listed as follows: Natural Flavone/Sterone Complex (750mg) Anti-Catabolic Complex(3000mg): l-leucine, leucine alpha ketogitarate, leucine ethyl ester, l-isoleucine, l-valine, l-taurine, and acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC). Anabolic Adaptogen Complex(1000mg): muira puama, judze extract, safed musli, and rhodiola rosea extract. Insulin Potentiating Complex (500mg): banana leaf extract, cinnulin PF, and K-R-Alpha lipoic acid (K-R-ALA). M Factor Complex (500mg) and finally the Energy Complex (500mg): methylxanthine complex (caffeine, theobromine and theophyline) and evodiamine.
We always appreciate when a company is upfront about what they have used to create a product that they are asking a customer to put into their body. Animal M-Stak seems to have a good amount of muscle building ingredients in its Anti- Catabolic Complex. Whether or not these muscle building element are used in the correct amounts is something we don’t have the ability to determine since the specific doses are hiding behind the veiled insinuation of a “3000mg complex.” As for the Energy Complex we are on the fence about its potential for energy boosting. If you are supposed to take two or three capsules at a time then you will probably have an increase in energy. One pill just isn’t potent enough and if that is the recommend dose than this compound falls short.

This Product is great provided one goes with a high protein high carb diet to make the supplement flush ur system with that nutrients..works well with a creatine and a weight gainer…can see changes in work out as well(good change) increment in reps as well..good product to put on quality muscle..

heres the thing. if u arent lifting hard. your not gonna get results if ur not getting in the gym and doin work. this is an amazing product. cycle it 21 days straight and one full week off. best results. no side affects and SHUT UP AND TRAIN

Hello, the stuff is quite good. But I’ve notice three effects: little strength increase fat loose (though I’m rather thin) didn’t feel hungry. Now after two years of break I’m going to use it again because of my … belly. Greetings

this stuff works! back in september when i started using this i weighed about 190 lbs, now i am in only the 3rd cycle of this and i weigh 235 with about 10% bodyfat which remained the same!my bench went from 155 to 265 and it could be an official lift in a powerlifting meet with the one second pause at the bottom. my deadlift went up from 275 to 365 and my squat went from 275 to 315! legitimate deep squat with great control too. this product works great when you eat like a horse!

I used a can of this stuff while on a typical 4 day split and noticed no effects, positive or negative. Despite their good advertising I found this animal product to be WORTHLESS.

I bought 2 cans of this stuff. I really didnt notice any diffrence. I cycled them like I was supposed to but I didnt see or feel any results. Just stick to the Animal Paks.

this product is amazing iam on my second week of my first cycle and i have seen noticeble strength gains in pressing movements, also although i was bulking and my muscles look bigger i lost weight !!! strange but am denfinitely gonna run a cycle every 2 months or so , so that i don’t get used to it

I am almost done with my first cycle of Animal Stack M and cant tell a real diffrence as of yet. I feel a real burst at the gym through my entire workout, but there is caffine in it. I would say that I have made little visible gains but even a little is better than nothing.

Awesome product, crappy review. This is not a single pill product, so the concept that you could take a couple extra servinigs of it to gain the appropriate level of energy is crap. This is a pill Pak. DB’s.
