Aplodan Reviews

Aplodan has been “hailed as one of the most revolutionary bodybuilding supplements in history.” This product is manufactured by a company known as Muscle Tech and is said to have the power to “unleash your true anabolic potential” which in turn gives you the elevated strength necessary to activate your Dormant Muscle Fibers (DMFs). According to Aplodan’s research Dormant Muscle Fibers have an inherent muscle growth and strength potential unlike anything else in your entire body. Apparently these fibers have a substantially larger diameter and house more contractile filaments that act to deliver the most explosive power and growth potential of any of the muscle groups. This product can be found online for as low as $39.99 for a 111 caplet supply.

There are only two ingredients listed in the Aplodan formulation and they are as follows: 1,2-Dithiolane-3-Pentanoic Acid and 2-(Carbamimidoyl-Methyl-Amino)ethoxyphosphonic Acid and Aplodan. Muscle Tech asserts that their product “targets specific muscle energy pathways facilitating muscle fiber activation,” including, presumably, those “dormant muscle fibers” noted on the container. The manufacturers also claim that 2.It’s been proven that the “key ingredient” in Aplodan was able to “force an increase in muscle tension threshold” in 7 days.” This seems like a very promising combination of actions but we have our doubts as to whether or not these results are possible and even if they are can it be to the extent claimed?

The truth is that this product is more interesting in theory than in actuality. The ingenuity is to be applauded but not necessarily purchased. This product is non-toxic and will not give you the myriad of side effect a lot of pre-workout supplements will. It may even be considered a healthy addition to your current regimen. Unfortunately that is the best that can be said at this time. We do not recommend Aplodan.

Out of the various supplements, powders, proteins, and pills i have experimented with absolutely no pill in the world does or ever will give the gains they all promise but the Aplodan supplement worked in my case..possible placebo affect??? could be…so i got a second bottle just 2 days ago and im stacking it with the Gakic Hardcore..the first bottle of aplodan i noticed very pleasing gains in reps and size..20 to 30lbs bench..10 15lbs on curls and 80lbs squat..arms grew almost 2 inches and gained 12lbs..also used NO black..didnt work near as good as NO shotgun..second bottle seems promising..Gakic works very well..so far im impressed. And all of the other men and women who dog on the product must understand that everyone is different..im a hard gainer myself..ive had to work my ass off in the gym to get where im at and im still not where id like to be but without some form of diet and knowledge of carbs, protein, and a good workout routine its not going to work. and some products just flat out dont work at all (for some people)

Love this product, noticed significant increase in strength but size didn’t change as that’s not what it is designed to do. You must do a course of this stuff, i’m just doing a second course now but i’m not sure it has much affect after already doing a course. I did my first course over 2 years ago and for the size of me i’m still lifting a lot, the strength:muscle size ratio is through the roof. I’m just trying to get the message accross that this will make you stronger without size gain no doubt!!

It works if you use it right

What i mean by right is something extra that i do when i take this, which is that if you spend time straight away after taking this product and concentrate on the effects of the pill to the muscles and mind after you taken it you will notice that all you have to do is change you state of mind to accomadate the newly activated muscle fibers that have been awakened. To what i felt was that newly awakened muscles feels like the muscle fibers you had as a kid,it feels weak and unused. You may not experience something right in your face because it say what it does, trying to activate ‘dormant’ muscle fibers. so yeah it works great if you spend some time like 15min straight away to focus in your mind to the newly activated muscle fibers so you can create the new mind muscle link and can work it in the gym. My results were after a few months on this product i notice a more dense feeling in my muscles again like the feeling of a pump without a pump, so i would recommend that its worth a try. note- i took 3 pills once daily instead of 1 pill 3 times a day

Muscletech Aplodan

23 Jan 2009 - Ryan of New South Wales, Australia

Aplodan is designed to ‘activate’ dormat muscle fibre’s, thus increasing strength and helping to increase size. You initially ‘load’ the product for one week, then cut down the doasge for the next 3. I found, after 4 days or so of loading, that the product appeared to be working. During the workout my muscles would have this deep, almost throbbing burn, not uncomfortable, hard to explain, and I also noticed that doms were worse (or better, depending on pov). 1 more day of usage. I feel fuller, people have commented on it, and also I could get more reps out in any given set. Also I have increased the weight i lift in most excercises. I feel this product really does work, but also feel you must have a good mind/muscle connection and be able to push yourself to the limit. All in all great product, highly recommended.

I used this product for a few weeks getting ready for a selection process, I have a very good diet and just adding this product gave allowed me to increase the amount of good reps, especially on the different types of pull ups where i was having the most trouble, also my endurance increased all over which is the big thing for me,but you have to want to do those extra reps,NO POINT USING IF YOUR GOING TO CONTINUE DOING THE NORMAL ROUTINE!!!!!extra work and vary as much as poss(every 2 weeks my routine was changed)its not designed to give any muscle size, just to jump start the deep muscle that normally does not get used. Need to up the correct proteins to accommodate the increased endurance, Good product with the correct person and mind, its not here to do your work for you !!

I’ve used two bottles of Aplodan and roughly half way through the first bottle I noticed gains in strength and endurance. This product is not meant to give mass, rather to increase your workout. To see maximum results you MUST stack with creatine. The review above that states that Aplodan is simply creatine + alpha lipoic acid is false. The key ingredient is actually creatinol-o-phosphate, which forces your muscle fibers to retain creatine monohydrate. To my knowledge there is no other product on the market with any such ingredient. Again, this product will not work if you don’t stack with a high quality post-workout creatine, but if you do, and train hard, you’ll notice results.

Okay, there is no legal miracle pill that is going to make you look like jay cutler in existence. Hes endorsed by muscletech, so he is therefore used in their ads. You’ll never look like him no matter what you do/take. For those of you who say youre seeing no difference in a 4 week period then i would say your training/nutrition needs an upgrade. You cant expect to gain huge muscle mass because you lift a weight or two and take aplodan or any other supplement. Aplodan is used to help in the recovery and activation of muscle fibers…so in my opinion (and for me it is working very well)…stack aplodan with a simple protein powder and creatine, and bust your ass in the gym day in and day out…you WILL see results.

I just came off my second bottle and I am kinda on the fence on this one. Towards the end of the 1st bottle I did feel an energy boost in my reps. After the second bottle My measurements on my arms, etc.. did grow but but I really can’t say it was because of this product. I also take NOX9 and my diet is super clean, meats, fruits whole grains etc..My protein intake is where it needs to be. but I will try 2 more bottles before i make a final judgement. Don’t be fooled by the pro pics on these products. Hands down it’s steriods not these products doing it for them.

in all honesty i any a very hard worker in the gym or when ever i work out, so when i hear about something thats gonna improve the poundage of this hard gainer im gonna look into it.bought 2 bottles to ensure that 1 gave it a good shot and 2 i know alot of things like this need time to get the best effects. so i did so the loading phase 3 pills a day blah blah blah and after all that and 87.43 i am here to tell you guys (and girls) do not take this save your money and get something that ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING! pointless is how i would describe this product. nothing not one pound/strengh diff. so unimpressed with this it almost made me never want to use any muscletech products because i feel robbed. simply put, buy some protein or BCAAs cuz this stuff is junk.

Aplodan = Creatine + Alpha Lipoic Acid

1.0 of 5.0

01 May 2008 - Efrain of Puerto Rico, USA

This is my recommendation to athletes before buying supplements, please read the labels on box and do some research about ingredients. Muscletech use chemical names of simple ingredients to look glamorous but this is basically simple science added to marketing. Aplodan is this: 1. 2-(Carbamimidoyl-Methyl-Amino)ethoxyphosphonic Acid – This is the chemical name for creatine. 2. 1,2-Dithiolane-3-Pentanoic Acid – This is the chemical name for Alpha Lipoic Acid (an antioxidant). Muscletech use simple science but use the chemical names to enhance marketing on the box. Don’t waste this money on this crap. The science behind this product is to remodel damaged cells but you don’t need to buy the expensive Aplodan to do this.

I tried one bottle of this about 6 months ago, and I actually lost 3 pounds when I finished. This was the first supplement that after I was done taking it, I lost weight. MuscleTech is one of the biggest scams in the world. I feel for customers that see Jay Cutler on their advertisements and think that is how he got so big. Do not buy this product.

I started using aplodan in setem-ber 2007.After 4 weeks nothing hapened.Them on week five,I star-ted feeling more energy during my workouts. On week 6 lowered my intake to just one caplet a day to the aplodan last more days. Weeks 7,9 and 9 were fastastic chin-up went from 10 reps to 8 reps holding 25 lbs.Handstand push-up went from 6 reps to 22.Rest days went from 5-6 to 2-3 for all bodyparts.I think using only one caplet a day for months it´s the best way to use this product. It gives results and saves cash.

I noticed nothing… let alone 83% more muscle.. don’t waste your money..!! if u think I’m liying, try it yourself… I’m not bad mouthing the company, but its true.. muscle tech always exaggerate their products… I notice a moderate increment using nitro tech hardcore… yes is work, but not as the company steted… and cell tech as well… but not this one (aplodan)

Aplodan...

23 Oct 2007 - Tony of New York, USA

I’ve gone through 2 bottles of the stuff, and the first time i didn’t notice much of a difference, more than anything i attribute my gains to the placebo effect. The first bottle i utilized the recommended dose then i took a month off when i didnt notice significant gains, however i decided to give it another try and this time i decided i’d take roughly 6x the does (instead of 2 pills 3x a day, 3 pills every 4 hours) and i’ve noticed an amazing difference. My max bench was 270 at the start, and i did nothing but calisthenics like push ups and pull ups and within 2 weeks i went back to the gym to max, and it was up to 305. So if you don’t mind risking possible side effects, of which i havent noticed, double or triple up on it, and i bet you’ll notice.

I tried Aplodan a few months back. after the first week (where you take double the dose) i was noticing no difference in my strength gains or muscle size. The one thing i did notice was twichy muscles. i would just get random twitches out of my lats or triceps at any random time. i have gotten these before after good workouts, but these seemed to come at random times, not necessarily the same day i worked that muscle. dont waste your money. if it really is activating muscle fibers, they dont want to listen and just twitch randomly anyway. I am a fan of other muscletech products, so im not bad mouthing the company, i just think this product is worthless.

i spoke with a trainer who gave me a great tidbid of information; Aplodan raelly does work, just not on its own. My trainer says that aplodan is created to work in cooperation with celltech hardcore or any other creatine, and protein. You can’t expect activated fibers to grow on your normal intake of protein/carbs etc… you need to take extra supplements and actually increase your protein intake to about 2.5g per lb you weigh. After you do this, and stay plenty hydrated aplodan will really help one gain a severe amount of size.So in all of this, after listening to him i’ve been taking alot of whey protein, cell-tech hardcore, and aplodan… for 3 weeks and i have seen some moderate gains, I am i hard gainer so the fact that i only gained 7lbs is still meaningful. Those of you gene freaks should make substantial gains off of the right stack.
