Burn 60 is a fat burning supplement that relies on a thermogenic formula which guarantees you will see a 60% increase in calorie burning power after every workout. Since we all know how much energy and time it takes to work off a significant amount of calories this seems like an amazing offer. An additional 60% calorie loss with no additional effort! Burn 60 is manufactured by the popular and well known company, GNC. Burn 60 is meant to burn through your calories, boost your metabolism and punch up your energy levels. Burn 60 is meant to be taken daily with 2 tablets at breakfast each morning. This product retails from $31-$40 per 60 tablet bottle and is sold at the GNC official website and stores as well as other online retailers.
Burn 60’s formula is comprised of Guarana Seed Extract, Black Tea Leaves Extract, MegaNatural Grape Skin and Seed Extract, Ginger Root Extract and Dill Weed Extract. Guarana and Black Tea are both high in caffeine content which is a positive thing for a fat burning formula because caffeine has immense thermogenic properties and has been proven to be an effective fat burner in doses of 400mg or more. However, Burn 60 does not make the exact amounts of their utilized ingredient known and therefore we are left to assume that there is something that the manufacturers are keeping hidden. Not company would veil the fact that they were using the established amounts. Also guarana is generally only beneficial when used in conjunction with other ingredients that aren’t shown here, like damaina.
There is nothing horrific in the Burn 60 compound but, by the same token, there is nothing revelatory either. Some of the ingredients are sound and have been clinical tested but we aren’t told in what doses they are used so their appearance in this formula becomes a moot point. Burn 60 may also lead to adverse reactions such as nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, anxiety and headaches due to the stimulants found in the formula. By and large, Burn 60 is an unimpressive product and we don’t feel confident enough to suggest that you even attempt to use it at this time. You would be better off finding a product that has proven ingredients in proven amounts. We do not recommend Burn 60 at this time.

its the best! works for me! no more doctor pills! no more headaches,nausea side effects. evendo i just started it few days,but the effect is fast. i will try to use till i get my ideal wgt. but i want to know the side effectof long term usage of the pills..hope gnc will email me.

I’ve used this for a couple weeks, it definitely seems to help the calorie burning process. the one thing that gets me is I have a hard time taking pills, and the burning cinnamon taste does not help matters! I actually wash off the outer coating to make it more palatable. I will probably continue to use this, but wish there was another choice as far as flavoring goes.

I have been taking gnc’s burn 60 for almost 2 years now. I have lost a lot of weight(35 lbs) but I dont think that burn 60 is some magic pill that melted the pounds away. The pills gave me a lot of energy during my workouts, therefore I ran and strength trained a lot longer. I have taken other products but this is the only one that didnt give me the jitters. I looove this product. the only con is taking the pill, it tastes awful and it makes u burp!

it’s my 5th on burn 60…1st day I took it before breakfast since then I usually take early afternoon. I workout daily after work, means I’m taking this product 5 hours before my work out. I noticed that after I take the 2 pills required by the product, I have a 20 min rush of energy boost and a freaking scary crash after that. so I’m not sure about this product!!!! I’ll give it a 2 stars as it’s been my 1st week with it.

I started Burn 60 on June 3 (and subsequently got the huge [] discount!) and lost 10.5 lbs during the first 3 weeks. It’s given me a lot more sustainable energy during my early morning workout and gives me no headaches during the rest of the day. I hadn’t significantly changed my diet, either, but I may have to, as I’ve not had any weight loss the past 10 days (now 182lb). Compared to Hydroxycut – I’m not able to lift weights as hard, but I can last MUCH longer on the treadmill. Being almost a even effect for me in performance, I’ll take Burn 60 because of price and the fact that I do not get any headaches.

I have very recently started using Burn 60 before workouts and I have noticed a huge increase in energy and I can work out longer and harder. Twice I have taken it in the morning and had tons of energy all day long which is very good since I am a student. I havnt noticed any side effects however I have realized it is important to take this product ONLY before working out or a long day because it makes you almost need to do some rigorous excersise. For those who want to lose weight by eating healthy and working out(mostly cardio) I strongly advise this product! Good luck to those who are going to try it!

I have been on both Burn 60 and GNC Control. Everyone tells me they really notice how much weight I have lost and I feel much better too. I have my mom on it too. I have gone from 218lbs to 191 lbs, that’s almost 30 lbs in 7 months, you have take them every day. It will work.

I have used a lot of different thermogenics before. Hydroxycut hardcore, hydroxycut low carb, GNC Thermo Boost, and now I am on burn 60. Particularly, I am not as impressed as with burn 60 compared to other supplements I have tried in the past. However, perhaps I need to just give it a break for a while and jump back on it. Perhaps I hit a weight loss plateau. All I know is that I have not really seen a signifigant difference while using burn 60…at least not compared ot some of the other supplements out there.

I started taking Burn 60 about 2 1/2 months ago. I haven’t lost any weight, however I noticed that my migraines have decreased significantly (which is why I have continued to take it). I don’t understand it, but I’m enjoying the fact that I haven’t had many. I have seen a small increase in my energy level as well.

Let me just tell you I’m a 34 year old mother that gained 20 lbs that I couldn’t lose. I watched what I ate, exercized, but that weight would not come off!! Now when I started taking this I had low expectations. But @ [] they said i could bring it back if it didn’t work. ( and get my money back) 1 week and I’ve lost 4 lbs. This one works for me!!!:)

I really like this supplement! I have 10 lbs. to lose. I always get jitters with WL pills but have none with these. I take 2 15 min. before breakfast and then workout 1/2 hr. later. Lost 4 lbs. last week with exercise and watching diet every day. Gives me energy and focus to my workouts too.

I bought Burn 60 just 7 days ago. I did not start taking it until 5 days ago and I have already lost 5 pounds! I did exercise too – about 35 mins a day. And, no fried foods or sugary foods and 8+ glasses of water/day. So far, so good! And, no jittery feelings at all!

I am not using the diet recommended by the product for starters. I am however watching what I eat. I am working out. I was having a hard time dropping weight but after starting the burn 60 I dropped 4lbs in one week! I would recommend this to everyone.

I started taking burn 60 about three days ago and i’ve noticed a big differance in my energy level. It also helps my appetite i’m not as hungry as i used to be which is great. The only down side is i get so tired in the evening because i take it in the morning. i’m going to continue taking it and see how it goes!
