CE2 HI-DEF Reviews

CE2 Hi-Def claims to be the creatine supplement for those who want to be strong and look cut without the “puffy” or bloated after effects you might experience with other, weaker creatine supplements. According to MRI, the manufacturer of this product, “with CE2 HI-DEF you have the same ester creatine technology that the CE2 label is famous for, but you also get THERMO-RK thermogenic technology to enhance the break-down fat for enhanced muscular definition.”  This product also claims to contain beta alanine for “enhanced strength gains and prolonged aerobic strength.” According to the CE2 Hi-Def official site this helps to buffer your muscles from fatigue-inducing lactic acid.

The ingredients listed in the CE2 Hi-Def formulation are as follows: Creatine (from creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride – 1400mg), CarnoSyn Beta-alanine (200mg), Raspberry Ketone (200mg), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium and coating. It is recommended that you take this supplement twice a day at a dose of two caplets each time. According to MRI CE2 Hi-Def is safe to take in the day or the evening. This product should not be taken by those under the age of 18 or anyone who is pregnant or currently nursing a child.

You can find CE2 Hi-Def in a wide price range. The lowest we found was $39.99 for 180 caplets and the highest was $68.99 for 180 caplets. We can’t say that there is any relevant or innovative science behind this reimagining of the original CE2 but it does appear to be a solid creatine supplement. As always there is the risk of an allergic reaction when introducing completely new elements into your system but, in general, we could not find any common side effects associated with CE2 Hi-Def. If you can find a good deal on CE2 Hi-Def we have no problem suggesting it at least on a trial basis.

Double workouts

5.0 of 5.0

12 Aug 2009 - Devin of Pennsylvania, USA

I was stacking the CE2 with the NO2 black and i did see some more detail in my upper body. Don’t know which was doing it. Ran out of NO2 and just using CE2 now since i ran outta money to spend on it. But lemme tell, i’m doing double work outs now cause doing one i felt no results in my workouts. Lemme explain what i mean. yesterday i did back and bi work out. i did X amount of exercises with Y sets and 8 reps and increased the weight each rep. did that for back and biceps. Then i repeated the cycle all over again and the only difference depending on the exercise was the weight. some went down a few lbs, some stayed the same, or i increased the weight i used. On the wide grip seated row machine i got up to 210lbs. on 2nd cycle, each arm up to 130lbs. Doing these double cycles is the only way i have been able to get that slight soreness that i feel follows a good workout. Can’t tell ya how long before results are seen but i can say i’m still on my first bottle with a 1-1.5 week supply and i have been doing double lifting for 2 weeks now.

MRI CE2 Hi-Def review

5.0 of 5.0

22 Dec 2008 - Armando of California, USA

This is the first time I write a review about a bodybuilding product after years of trial and error. I was a bit skeptical at first but on day 23 I noticed my arms fuller but noticed no gains in strength; it wasn’t until day 43 that I noticed the strength, the size and the cuts MRI promised. I added CE2 Hi-Def to my NO2 Black and NO2 Black Powder stack but must admit that after day 43 on Hi-Def I had to take less, instead of taking the 4 recommended pills I had to take just 1 pill because the pump was insane; also taking half amount of NO2 Black (4 pills instead of 8) and black powder (1/2 scoop instead of 1 scoop) than the recommended for a 200 lbs. individual with excellent results. Now I spend half on these products since I take less whereas with other products I had take more noticing less results over time.

Solid Product

4.0 of 5.0

07 Dec 2008 - Robert of North Carolina, USA

I’ve been taking CE2 Hi Def for a little less than a month and have seen substantial gains in workout strength. I started at 135 lbs benchpress reps 15-12-10 now I am at 165 lbs reps 15-12-10 and about to move up to 175 lbs next time in the gym. Overhead tricep extension with curling bar started at 65 lbs reps 15-12-10 and now I’m up to 105 lbs 15-12-10. My workout plan is that I don’t move up on weights on any exercise until I can do reps of 15-12-10 on two consecutive workouts. In terms of work out length my workouts have increased in length from 45min to 1hr 45min. Note that I do 20 min cardio at the end of each workout which is included in previously mentioned times.

Good size gains

4.0 of 5.0

12 Oct 2008 - Brian of Culiacan, Mexico

I’m halfway through the pills now and I’ve made fairly decent progress. Size gains are good, strength gains average. It’s really helped with my focus in the gym, some days I just want to keep going and going. I’m not as bloated as with other creatine I’ve taken, I’ve got a harder, leaner look in three weeks but I’m training really hard and my diet is nearly spot on which obviously helps. All round it’s a good product but not mind-blowing.
