CE2 is a product that is brought to you by the Medical Research Institute (MRI). This is a company that develops and sells a variety of “nutraceuticals”, in other words, supplements for anything from weight loss to weight gain and especially those aids that are focused on increasing your ability to grow and maintain muscle mass and strength. This company was founded in 1997. According to MRI all of their products, CE2 included, are engineered using “novel active ingredients” and “cutting edge delivery technology” to create the “safest and most advanced performance products on the planet.” CE2 is meant to be the “new Pro-Creatine ethyl-esther technology” that will give you up to 39x the effectiveness that other creatine supplements can deliver.
The ingredients in CE2 are simple and easily defined. You will find Creatine from Creatine (Ethyl-Ester HCL) in 1400mg amounts per every two capsules. Other ingredients are listed as microcrystalline cellulose, corn syrup, kollicoat, dicalcium phosphate, zein, and magnesium stearate. This product is meant to be taken once in the morning and once in the afternoon and for maximum results it is suggested that you also drink 6-8 glasses of water each day for a total of at least 64 ounces of water.
CE2 strikes us as a fairly run of the mill creatine supplement. It will probably give you the same general results as other creatine supplements you have tried. If you are new to the supplement realm then there is nothing in the CE2 formulation that we feel would be detrimental for you. If you can find it online or in a store for a lower price than other creatine supplements than you might find it is worth an attempt. Other than finding it at a low price, however, we can see nothing in this compound that leads us to feel a strong urge to recommend it.

Pretty decent

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now, definately seeing a bit of a strength boost. I take 2 in the late morning and 3 before a workout. I was using Anabolic Switch prior to this which was also a great product. I made the switch because A.S. was making me way too bloated along with my pre-workout protein shake and meal. Definatley not the bulking type of creatine but good for lean gains.

ok for all the reviews that say that they have been taking this for less than 20 days and it doesnt work you need to do ur reasearch cuz its not supposed to kick in until about the 23 day and then kicks in full around the 25 day bit its not a superpill you dont get huge right away but i went form a 13 inch bycep to about a 16 in about a two months which is good to me…Deff would reccommend and really good to stack with NO2

#1 i hate taking it 30 min b4 breakfast and lunch#2 DONT GET IF TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT…it does work but i dont think its worth it ……(but if your trying to loose a lil bit and get cut , i recomend it)

if you’re taking NO2 and CE2, and your supposed to take NO2 30 mins before breakfast and the CE2 in the morning, can you take them both at the same time?

I switched from Creatine Monohydrate During my cutting phase trying to lean down for that 6 pack. I really liked this product when used with No2 I lost the bloating/Water retention from the mono and leaned up fast. In my opinion it is a very good product when used with no2

eh this stuff is ok… not the best i have had. i would take Anabolic Switch or Cell Mass over this anyday. the only good thing i really saw was i got a little more cut which was good so overall it is about 6/10 i think

Works but:1) Gave me cramps (may have been my falut for not drinking enouph water) 2)the gains in strengh are huge but the gains in mass are not as big (although they dont go away whene you stop taking it) Prefer this creatine to monohydrate by far

This product has so much hype. I have been taking it for 16 days now and occasionally i sense more endurance, but nothing in the size gains they claim and no real difference in strength. Actually i think creatine monohydrate is a better product by far if you have the stomach for that nasty stuff. Wouldn’t buy this again.

This is a truly amazing product, i cant wait to get into the 4-7 week period, im already making gains in the 3rd week.. My bench has gone 330 to 340, im finally able to do a bicep workout with just 1 minute between sets. I would recommend this creating to anyone, oo and by the way if salespeople at GNC dont try to sell you this, it’s simply because they get no money for selling anything MRI, i work there so i would know

I started to take CE2 20 days ago and I’ve seen explosive gains in stenghth. I have not seen considerable gains is size but I still have more than 50 servings, and I’m surt that if i continue lifting at this rate, i will gain ALOT of mass. PRICE? People say it’s expensive…IT IS NOT! a 300 caplet bottle costs around 80 dollars, but it will last almost 3 months!!! I am happy with it.

i have been using this product for about a month and a half, and it is great! but you must be patient with it, it takes about 40 to 45 days tp realy see its true potential. I almost stopped taking it after 30 days because i dident see much of a difference exept for endurence….i would go into the gym and workout hard, and after i would want to jump right back in and do it all over again, i wasent tired at all. And then about a week later, my gains started coming and my size. And my body fat went down alot! This is a great product

This stuff works when stacked with NO2, plenty of resistance exercise training, and a considerable amount of food. In six weeks i went from 192 to 205 with little to no increase in bodyfat percebtage. Good stuff!

This product seems to work. I have been using it for about a month and have seen gains in strength and size. I was stagnant in my bench press and have increased it by 20lbs. in the last month. I am stacking it with No-Explode. So cannot definitely say it is this or the NO-explode.

been using it for 2 weeks but not regularly. I did notice a difference while I work on my back excercises. Did not notice any gains on tri’s or bi’s or chest ex yet. no side effects whatsoever. Will give it another 2 weeks and see where I get with it.
