5.0 of 5.0
im currently serving in afghanistan. i have been training for well over 10 years w/just creatine alone. My starting weight was 170lbs. im well over 180 now. i started on cell-tech a month ago, and the 7lbs they promised on the box i got pluse some. im at the end of my second box and when i start my third ima cycle in with some protine.. my bench went from 175 to 315. my squat jumped to an insane 405. these are all 10 reps sets. cant wait to start a new cycle. recomend to anyone new or advanced.
Great Product

Ive used the original cell-tech about 5 years ago when i first started training. At the time i was new to training and did not train or eat right and i still managed to gain. Ive tried other creatine products including cellmass. I think that celltech is the best. It makes me feel bloated tho like a drank too much water but it goes away quick. And the strength and size gains are well worth it.
Not for me
2.0 of 5.0
I’m a hard gainer, so after reading great reviews about Cell-Tech, I tried it out for more about two months. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I did not see any improvement in my workouts, nor gained any muscle size. I’m about the same as I was before taking the product.

I followed the directions on the package and it worked great for me. The fruit punch is the best tasting. I took cell tech right after my workout (within 30 min) then drank 50 grams of whey. I went from 145lbs to 166lbs and my max bench went from 175 to 215lbs by the time I used the 4.7lb tub of cell tech hardcore. (approx 1 month). During the loading phase it gets to be a lot of fluids to drink but its worth it.
pretty good stuff.

celltech hardcore didnt work with my buddies stomach so he threw it at me for 20. actually it doesnt work for a lot of the guys that have tried it in my gym. they say it makes them gag. personally, i thought the lemonlime tasted like the lemonlime gatorade, but go figure. if you think about getting it, buy at [] so you can return it if you cant handle the taste. anyways, 20 bucks, figured id try it. i skipped the loading phase and just took 2 post workout. roughly 2750 calories a day, 200-250 grams of protien. it worked better than the bucket [] creatine that i was on. pretty decent size gain. not shredded like the ads, i was a little bit puffed. maybe 12 pounds after the whole bottle which was like a month and a half. no significant strength gain. pretty good job by muscletech on this. pricey, but like i said its a pretty good product. thanks.
Cell Tech..Anabolic State
5.0 of 5.0
Im a state level Bodybuilder and have a huge knowledge on what and how the body works. I bench just over 500lbs,at 235lb bodyweight. I love the cell tech product as immediately after your workout you need the quick carbs to spike Insulin. Insulin is very anabolic and drives nutrients into the muscles, plus it locks the nutrients in place so they dont leak back into the blood. So with the tiny particles and the 75grams of quick carbs, this product works, just as it should. Some people are more adaptive to creatine, just like all other supplements, but creatine without the Insulin spike is a waste of most of your product. Make sure you drink your protein in the 30 minute window, just after your Cell Tech. If your cant do this within 30 minutes of the workout, dont waste you time. Cell Tech will keep you anabloic and prevent catabolic. If you dont understand, look it up.
TRUE CELL TECH REVIEW

many people hate on this product and muscle tech because they say they are all hype and overly expensive. i think that these claims are bull ****. in the first week of using cell tech i shot up from 217lbs to 227lbs. after about a month and a half of using my squat has gone from 385lbs to 405lbs, and my bench went WAY UP, from 185lbs to 235lbs. all of this is true, maybe not all due to cell tech but it has helped tremendously.
Very Good!

I was very pleased with the results after using this product, would def. recommend it to others as for the side affects (the runs, cramps) I avoided those by staying well hydrated & not drinking alcohol after use. I give this 10/10!
Great stuff

I have been a runner for the last 7 years on the competetive level and I was not allowed to gain weight. I am currently on my 2nd week and feel more energized and stronger. I have gained 8 pounds in tis time. You have to drink a lot of water and a lot of people tend to think you can just take creatine and slack on your protein but I take a whey protein with it and it helps tremendously. The flavor(lemon lime) is also good except for the initial burn of the acid. I would def. reccomend this product.
Its starting quite good

Cell tech is definetly starting out alright, as my shoulder military went from 50kg to 60 but i felt i could do more, as with by biceps curls by 2.5kg. i have not experienced any bloating as with creakick, but you can get pains in the abdominal shortly after taking it, also the runs. i think its good but not worth the price tag.
works great
this stuff works great. ive been on cell tech for two weeks and my arms went from 13.5 to 14.25 inches. i dont feel bloated from it , but make sure u drink alot of water. blue rasberry is pretty good but bad after taste
still getting better
ok so my first cycle is almost coming to a close. i have still 2 more weeks left. so far my arms are nearly another quarter of an inch bigger (11 3/4 to nearly 12 1/2). my bench went from 135 to 185 all in a month. my max on curling is 100 pounds now. i have been able to maintain my bodyweight at 140 pounds doing cardio only once a day (except for when i loaded i did it twice a day). although my weight has stayed the same my bodyfat % has gone down by 3%.
Best results from celltech hardcore
I am 28yrs old, 6′2″ and usually weigh in at 225 lbs. in the summer and 230+lbs in the winter. I have been working out for the past 10 ½ years. I don’t supplement year round, but I am in the gym 5 days a week. I am a soccer player, so I stay fairly lean, approx 8% to 11% body fat. With celltech, I went from 227lbs to 238lbs in three weeks. My bench went from 335lbs to 385lbs. My max has gone up every workout in the last month. With this stuff I’ve been able to get my legs back into shape, leg pressing over 1000lbs (I completely tore my left ACL in the middle of 2007) so I don’t push the squats anymore. I’ve gone from curling 135lbs to 195lbs. My arms have grown an inch and a half to 19″. In about 5 weeks I went from curling the 70lbs dumbbells to the 100lbs. No bullshit.
Great product
This is a great product to use in order to gain strength and some weight. It was one of the first products I used when I started working out, and i got alot stronger very fast my bench press was 140 when i started taking it and was up to 210 when i stopped. I took this product for 8 weeks i also took nitro tech, amino acids and ate alot.
works
Cell Tech works. Since Ive been taking this I feel strong all the time. Feeling some good gains in every area and feel like monster in the gym. I feel like I could walk through a brick wall at any moment throughout the day. The lemon lime is pretty good. make sure to drink lots of water though.
Great stuff!
This stuff works great for me. I’ve only been using this for two weeks though. I am 19 yrs old and when I started using it, I was 5′10″ 160 lbs. After the first week I gained 3 lbs and I was much more toned. After the second week I am up to 170 lbs. I take it before I work out and I have much more endurance for the amount of reps and sets. The first few times gave me a slight headache for a few minutes but it hasn’t continued. I have tried so hard to gain weight for a couple years with no success. I used whey protein and a few other supplements and none worked. I’ve heard that this product works great for skinny guys and not so well for thicker guys. All I can say is that it works great for me.
Great Product!!
when I first bought this product I wasn’t sure what to expect. I seriously doubted the “gain 7 pounds in 7 days” listed on the label, but within the first week I had gained 6 pounds of straight muscle. by week 3 my bench max went up 35 pounds. My squat went up 55 pounds and I gained noticeable size and tone. However, i was working out twice a day and eating high protein meals. I also drank lots of water(as recommended)by dividing my bodyweight in half and drinking that many oz. of water a day. When i finished my four-week cycle i kept most of my size and strength. my bench dropped 5 pounds but thats still a 30 pound raise to my max from before i started.
it really does work
I tried a whole tub of Cell-tech hardcore and the truth is it worked but it didnt work as well as i wanted it to. Before i started it i weighed 197lbs. When i got done with a month worth of it i was exactly 204lbs which is pretty good. I also raised my bench press from 225 to 260. I stacked it with weigh protein and leucine and cheap NO pills. I didnt start my weight gain until i started the stack with the NO pills. my arms have gotten so much bigger they have stretch marks on them. i was hoping i would gain 7lbs a week for 4 weeks but i am still happy with the results. Ps. tastes great
good
ive been doing cardio twice a day with this product so i cant say that ive gained a lot of weight. however, i have gained about 1/2 an inch to my arms in 1 month, my back has gotten an inch wider and my strength has sky rocketed. my max bench went from barely 135 to easily 160 in 2 weeks. my max curl went from about 65 to 95.

Great/Taste foul though

Been on it for about a month and a half. Started at 168 and shot to roughly 185. I think that the Fruit Punch taste like absolute shit. But this stuff works, Ive gotten stronger, and my arms got a lil puffy.
