BSN has been creating some of the best bodybuilding and weight lifting supplements in the industry for a very long time. If you’re familiar with bodybuilding supplements, you’ve probably heard of the BSN supplements NO Xplode, and Syntha 6, and most people have heard of CellMass. CellMass is another great workout supplement from BSN.

BSN knows how to do things right and it looks as if they’ve done it again with CellMass, a pre-workout creatine supplement. Creatine monohydrate has proven to be an effective way to help people increase muscle mass, size, strength and overall athletic performance. But it’s always been more commonly known for its downsides. That form of creatine has always been difficult for the body to absorb and always had to be taken in large doses to be effective. Creatine monohydrate led to water retention, bloating and inconsistent weight gain. It left people feeling like they’d rather not use creatine than use it and get some advantage.

The good news about CellMass is its main ingredient is Creatine Etyhl Ester Malate. CellMass contains Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) Malate, a creatine monohydrate form with an ester attached to prevent the bloating, loading and retention that happens with monohydrate. CEE is absorbed faster and more efficiently and requires smaller doses so no loading phase is required. It’s basically creatine monohydrate with all the benefits and no negative side effects.

CellMass has been carefully developed and the customers’ reviews and feedback on it are great. The only drawback it gets from us is the tendency it has to clump when mixed. To avoid this, it’s recommend that you stir it vigorously. But that’s the only issue, and the flavors even taste pretty good.

Cellmass is a good creatine overall. but its not a miracle worker like people expect it to be. Any creatine takes time to work along with diet and lots of water. If you want to see super quick results just go on steroids. but if you want to stay natural like i do, bsn is the way to go and cellmass is an awesome product to use to get good true gains that dont fade after a week of not lifting.

Ive been stacking no explode with cell mass for about 2 1/2 months. i love the results. Im about 6’2 and in January was about 235 and not alot of muscle mass. I havent lifted a weight in about 5 years since college. love the product. I am Now about 222 lbs and can hang with the big boys at the gym. If you use the product as its recomended and go to the gym more than 2 or 3 days a week you will see results.

I have been making my own post workout products for about 2 years. I buy bulk generic creatine malate and glutamine and mix together with some sugar free cool aid. I decided to try cellmas even though it costs me almost 4 times what I usually spend to make my own. I took it for 40 days and didn’t notice anything difference besides a loss in strength and recovery. Now I question BSN. I dont think they put the things in their product that they say they do. I will stick with my own blend and continue to save money.

The proof is in the results. I came to college to walk on to the football team. The coach chuckled when I walked in I was 6’2 180 in october, so I was too small to play. I came back in january. I was 6’2 220 my bench had gone from 250 to 300, my squat from 365 to 425, 40 dropped .2 all while gaining weight. If you stack NO and Cellmass like the label says and give it time to work then you will see results you have never seen before

I have been working out a lot with out and thing just lots of food protien and water made steady gain but nothing great I started n.o-explode and cellmass and I have made crazy gains I love it the only thing is I get really amped for to long and pee a lot but other then that I love it

i used cellmass for about 8 weeks, taking it as recommended. during that time i put on maybe 3-5 pounds(from 140 to 144 at 5’8″)…can’t tell if that’s attributable to the product or not. didn’t really notice much change. lifts went up a bit, but again, don’t know if i can credit the product. probably would have made the same advancements without it. i work out hard in the gym 4 days a wk. all in all, nothing outstanding.

Cellmass works really well. Taken right after training and plenty of water daily is required.i stack it with no xplode and cycle it monthly for like 2 weeks then get on it again. Just like others, ive tried other creatine supps. but this one is SOLID! Eat good and big…

I’m 18, and quite lean. I’ve been working out for a few years, but only recently became interested in getting bigger as opposed to just being fit. A friend recommended Cell Mass to me so I thought I’d try it out. I’m taking it exactly as directed and combining it with a high protein diet, along with 4 weight sessions a week plus one cardio workout. I wasn’t expecting any miracles, but it’s been two week and I’m already noticing results. I used to get tired after my first set at the gym, but the second winds I’ve been getting in my later sets have been incredible. It tastes great too, I’d recommend grape or arctic berry flavor. The only con I can think of is that you have to go to the bathroom a lot more because of all the water you have to drink.

Like any supplement, results will vary from person to person but if taken as directed and from speaking to others that have also taken the product, it seems that Cell Mass works well for most. On-and-Off I’ve taken Cell Mass for over a year, and the main benefit I’ve noticed from it is how fast I can recover from a hard workout; that may be endurance or lifting training. Don’t expect to become a beast from this product. Its intent from the Creatine ethyl ester is to aid your muscles absorb water, thus improving recovery…hence the advice on the jar telling you to drink plenty of water (1 Gal/day). Don’t get me wrong, you will increase in mass, strength and endurance, but I personally think a lot of that comes from how well recovered you’ll be the next time you hit the weights.

I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks and I have seen noticeable gains on both my body and working out. I was benching 175 before taking cellmass, and now i am putting up 205 with ease. I recommend taking one scoop about 45min before working out and other scoop immediately after. I also would urge people to stack this with either NO Xplode or NO Shotgun(what I’m taking). Overall good stuff and noticeable gains.

Among other supps I’ve taken over the years, I really do like the BSN products. I’m 6’1″ @ 199lb. Previous to this BSN cycle, I’ve dropped 20 pounds by diet, running, and hydroxycut in about 6 months. I have now begin to lift hard again. My stack is CellMass NoXplode and Nitrix. Thus far, I am duly impressed. I have noticed strength gains, definition, 1/2″ gain in my arms in 2 weeks and I feel great. Keep in mind though, I eat very small meals every two hours, I watch and balance nutrition, I drink 1 gallon (128oz) of water in the 8 hours I’m at work. (The BSN products recommend 120oz of water per day with these products). I continue to run 4 miles on Tues and thurs and lift on Mon, Wed, Sat and/or Sun. My recommendation is this: take the stuff EXACTLY as directed, diet, excercise, etc.. And you won’t be sorry.

This product is probally the best ever tasting creatine post workout ever. It works great i’ve seen nothing but gains on this. I tried Size on and wasnt happy it was very gritty and hard to mix, and i also tried Cell tech hardcore and saw positive results for a couple weeks than they halted. Cell mass you continue to see gains from it. Tastes amazing i could drink this all day its that good. Highly recommend this product you won’t go back to any other creatine products.

BSN Stacks

I have been using the BSN stacks, according to the cycle they recommend (12 weeks on & 4 weeks off), for over a year now. I have nothing but positive results from these products. Yes it is expensive, but in my opinion, well worth it. It is impossible to see results from just one of the products in a 2 or 3 day period. A supplement is just that, something to help you on your way to building a better you. It is not going to do it for you and if you think it is, save your money. You still need the motivation and dedication to continue your routine yourself and not expect miracles from any product.

So I had been using NO explode for about a month by itself, and I was quite impressed by that. The pump you get from it is incredible. Then I figured I’ll start it with cell mass. So it has been about a 2 weeks and I must say that I am impressed with this product. I have seen some size gains, also hardness, and definition are more pronounced. As far as strength goes not to much to speak of yet but it is still early, also I think I need to drink more water. Overall this product is very good, and highly recommended.

Better than Cell-Tech

Cell mass has been compared to Cell-tech. I have used both and can tell yu that call mass is defenitley better. It tastes better and has less sugar, its also easier to drink because yu only need about half of the water yu need for cell-tech. I also think its helping me get strength gains better than cell-tech without all that bloating.

Alright I’m 16 years old and I have been working out pretty hard for six months or so and ive went from a max of 135 on bench press to 180. The other day I ordered NO Xplode and Cell Mass I used them both for two days following one scoop and they have been working great I get really great stanima in the gym my whole body kicks into overdrive and my max littlary no lie went up to 190 so that is 10 lbs increase in two days I havnt seen any really big size gains yet but I’m sure they are to be expected. This is a really great product and I would deff. recomend it. The taste isnt that horribal eather I got grape for both NO XPLODE and Cell Mass.

Initially I was impressed with the flavor of the product (I got arctic berry blast). This was the first creatine I actually look forward to drinking. I used the product exactly as recommended on the label and stacked it with NOXplode, Nitrix and Syntha-6. I feel one of the key steps is to be sure and drink plenty of water while on it. Bench has gone up and is stil increasing. Overall size and definition has increased. To be sure, it’s not a miracle product I am doing weights/cardio 5 times a week and busting A, but I feel that it did give me the extra edge to get over the plateau I was facing.

I am 6’5” and have a very high metabolism. I could not put on weight or muscle no matter how hard I tryed. A buddy told me to started taking Cell Mass with NOXplode. I went from 165 lbs.to 185 lbs. in 3 months. I was so happy that I finally started putting on muscle and weight. I was hardle never sore. They both taste great and I will continue to use Cell Mass to put on muscle because It is the only thing that I have found effective for some one with my body type.

First Week Of Cell Mass, Very good tasting, goes down easy, no bloating… If you do not get results make sure to drink plenty of water (on the label it says 120 oz. per day). 120 oz. may be overkill, try more like 80-90 oz. Also you need to have a very high protein diet, and when you excercise make sure to reach muscle exhaustion on the particular muscle group. e.g. Doing 3 X 10 at 70% of max, and then burnout 2 times. I could feel the effects from day 2 , and i am looking forward to weeks 3 or 4.

when i first tried cellmass i was very skeptical but after a month i was amazed at how great i felt in the mornings after hitting the weight rack extremly hard you cant actually fell the prouduct like a surge of lightning but your performence well be diffrent when you return to pay your respects to the gym gods!!!!
