BSN has been creating some of the best bodybuilding and weight lifting supplements in the industry for a very long time. If you’re familiar with bodybuilding supplements, you’ve probably heard of the BSN supplements NO Xplode, and Syntha 6, and most people have heard of CellMass. CellMass is another great workout supplement from BSN.
BSN knows how to do things right and it looks as if they’ve done it again with CellMass, a pre-workout creatine supplement. Creatine monohydrate has proven to be an effective way to help people increase muscle mass, size, strength and overall athletic performance. But it’s always been more commonly known for its downsides. That form of creatine has always been difficult for the body to absorb and always had to be taken in large doses to be effective. Creatine monohydrate led to water retention, bloating and inconsistent weight gain. It left people feeling like they’d rather not use creatine than use it and get some advantage.
The good news about CellMass is its main ingredient is Creatine Etyhl Ester Malate. CellMass contains Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) Malate, a creatine monohydrate form with an ester attached to prevent the bloating, loading and retention that happens with monohydrate. CEE is absorbed faster and more efficiently and requires smaller doses so no loading phase is required. It’s basically creatine monohydrate with all the benefits and no negative side effects.
CellMass has been carefully developed and the customers’ reviews and feedback on it are great. The only drawback it gets from us is the tendency it has to clump when mixed. To avoid this, it’s recommend that you stir it vigorously. But that’s the only issue, and the flavors even taste pretty good.

The proof is in the results. I came to college to walk on to the football team. The coach chuckled when I walked in I was 6′2 180 in october, so I was too small to play. I came back in january. I was 6′2 220 my bench had gone from 250 to 300, my squat from 365 to 425, 40 dropped .2 all while gaining weight. If you stack NO and Cellmass like the label says and give it time to work then you will see results you have never seen before
