hey guys if youre wondering if con-cret works, I can say that it does, but it can sometimes be a hit or miss. Ill explain. After workouts sometimes the pumps were insane, lasting a few hours full pumped up muscles and size. Overall i did gain some size with it, but the pumps varied from decent pumps to insane pumps. Maybe it was the way i was taking it but overall i still thought it was worth the try. The kind of pump it gives you is not a water retained pump, but really veins expanding and stretching through your skin type of pump. I would suggest this supp to anyone who wants to stay lean and clean while gaining muscle.
