I used this product for 3 months 2 years ago and lost 34 lbs. and kept it off. I realize that certain pills do not work for some…it’s all about chemistry. After Cylaris was taken off the selves in my state (for an unknown reason) I tried many others and this is the ONLY supplement I would recommend! I never reached my goal weight, but am glad to see that it is available through online sources!!!

Well its nov 16th 09 and i bought a bottle of cylaris about 2 months ago. i only took 9 pills and stopped for no apparent reason other than being stupid. but now, i am going to start it again, is there any advice from anyone one maximum weight loss??? i am 5′7″ and weight 202lbs. i am 28% body fat. my goal is to get down to around 160ish. any tips or tactics would be great. thanks!

I have been going crazy with my appetite. I took the pill bingo I lost 2.5 LP in one day!! Unbelievable now you know how crazy I eat. It gave me good energy. I had to force my self to eat or drink that day, because I didn’t have any appetite. The great thing is you have so much emotion and energy to prepare what or how you must eat that day so life goes smoother and easily than dragging every day when I eat so much. I’m going to continue for sure and that’s exactly what i needed. I will write more hopefully soon:)

I’ve have been using Cylaris for the last 6 weeks. I didnt lose any weight in the first month so i thought i’d buy another bottle cause my body probably needs to adjust to it. It is supposed to make u lose ur appetite but i actually felt hungrier than anything. I live in the Caribbean at it cost me $350.00 for a bottle…IT Does not WOrk..Dont waste your money people.

Cylaris works. I lost 10 lbs in close to 2wks. I lost a total of 20 lbs. in 3 1/2. I went from a size 12 to 4 in a month. This was March 2008–Unfortunately, I gained it all back cuz of the holidays, but I am going to hunt for it again. I tried a stronger product where people were claiming to lose 15 lbs in a week, but that product made me so jittery and sick. I had to wait a half hour before I ate. I was so irritated & to top it off- I didn’t lose anything after a wk of taking it. Cylaris didn’t affect me only in a POSITIVE way!(other than curbing my appetite) I could eat right after I took the pill. I was motivated to work out even though it was minimal crunches and waist twists for about 20min every other day. I was so sick from other diet pills I have taken since then- the only thing I wanted to do was go to bed and sleep the effects off. Cylaris has been the best yet for me.

I have been on Cylaris 5 days and so far I have lost 8lbs!! No side effects except for a little dizziness but that was because I used 4x a day, no I am down to 2. I have no cravings and much more energy before, I will continue to use this product.

I started using this product a few weeks ago, and right away I started to notice a difference. However it’s now been about 2 weeks and I’m starting to experience some very uncomfortable abdominal pains. Almost like shooting pains. And also lower back problems so I don’t know what to think now. Any ideas?

Well, today is my first day using this product. I’m going on a caribbean cruise in about 2.5 months and I’m determined to look and feel stunning by that time. Nothing major has happened to me so far. A little abdominal discomfort but nothing unbearable. I’ll keep updating as things move along.

First product I picked up was about “colon cleansing” and weight loss . Then I found Cyralis and from the 2nd day it made me concious about it, I felt some stomach crankling and what you call bloating, it definitelly was cleaning me up inside out and after a few days I didn’t feel it anymore but I did lose food cravings and did start to lose weight. My tip is to drink water or fruity juice and as long as you are not around food you will not eat and will be losing weight as quick as possible. I went from 226 to 212 pounds in two weeks. I then made a mistake and went and bought another suplement that was not Cyralis one but it wasn’t useful at all so after a week I went back to Cyralis and after another week I am down 207 pounds and looking to go below 200 pounds as is my optimal weight.

Losing weight, and minor side effects

I’ve been using this product for a little over two weeks now, along with watching what I eat. I can say that the appetite suppressant does work. With one pill twice a day, I didn’t really notice anything. With two pills twice daily, it works well. The side effects that I experience are gas and bloating, and ..well, think of it as your body no longer digests greasy foods if you catch my drift. I actually believe that’s how it works, grease and oil passes through. The more greasy, the more gassy and bloating. Also, if I eat after 6pm while taking them it messes me up. But I can tell you that clothing is fitting better. I’m pretty satisfied. I’ve taken many diet products in the last 20 years and it’s not the worst by any means. Also, I’m a 6′, 240 lb man. Be careful and ALWAYS read and follow the instructions.

I bought Cylaris to help me kick start my new year weightloss. I wanted to lose 40-60lbs. I started the tablets on boxing day and the appetite suppressant seemed to work, I am eating less and seem to feel fuller faster. I followed the directions and had 1 tablet twice a day for the first 3 days, then increased the number to 2 tablets twice a day. That’s when I started having problems, I was woken up at 5am, gassy, bloated and suffering from a continuous headache. I didn’t weigh myself to begin with, but there does seem to be a noticable loss after just 7 days, especially from my thighs. I am going to go back to the 1 tablet twice a day and see if the problems disappear.

I followed the suggestion of taking just one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon to “assess sensitivity” and after the second pill ended up with a migraine. The next day I decided to just take one pill for the entire day and an hour later was nauseous, throwing up, in and out of the bathroom. I don’t know exactly what it is, because I’ve never been sensitive to caffeine before, but I definitely would lose weight not feeling well enough to eat. Threw out the bottle. If you are going to try it start out slow with small doses to see how your body will react, because it may be a bad reaction.

I started using this product April 1, 2008. I was 241 pounds. I cut my calorie intake to 1800 per day, worked out 3x a week (1 or 2 mile in home walking) and took the Cylaris pills ritually. I lost between 4 and 7 pounds EVERY WEEK from April to September. It has sped up my metabolism, helped me feel fuller, faster, and cut alot of my cravings. It’s been great!

IN PAIN

Day 1 Aside from the light-headed, fuzzy-brained feeling, I had the most awful reaction yesterday. I had taken 1 pill before lunch yesterday. I drank a bottle of water. I had a combination of chicken breast, rice, and vegetables with a Perrier. I had the most intense stomach cramps. I felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly and I would literally double-over. They lasted well into last night with awful gas, and frequent bowel movements. This morning, there’s still some gas and I feel tender inside. I’m not sure that I can attribute this entirely to the Cylaris, but the meal I had is one that I have often. I’ve never had this reaction. I didn’t feel nauseated and therefore can’t attribute it to a flu bug. Perhaps it was a combination of the side-effects of the gas caused by Cylaris and the veggies – super gas? Just in case you felt the same thing.

Welps, after gaining 65 pounds during my pregnancy and only losing a whopping 40 pounds four months after giving birth, I am kind of desperate to shed these last 20 pounds. I currently weigh 155, I can feel the difference in how I don’t crave bad food with this product, but I did have a hard time falling asleep last night. I guess I will be back in a week to update on weight, I go to the gym five times a week and two days are with a personal trainer. Lets see if this can help my actual diet, I am doing fine on the working out part!!

Bloating

Ive tried this product twice now. Both times I experienced massive bloating and gas. The second there was also severe cramping. However, I must say that it was absolutely an appetite suppressant, but if anyone was as bloated as I was, they wouldnt want to eat either. However, thats just me. I have had friends who have taken this and experienced wonderful results.

I have no side effects and do feel a little more focused. I also dont have the cravings to eat between meals like I used to. It was my first time using Cylaris Weight Loss pills, I bought them because the box called my attention and I’ve been trying to lose 20 pounds for a while but I’m always hungry… The first week was ok…it did supress my appetite a bit but today I took it and I started to feel really hot…like BURNING hot (it’s raining here in Ottawa so the weather….not that hot). Then my knees and elbows started to get swollen and I went to the washroom to get a shower and I realized I was RED like a tomatoe. Will never take this pills…ever again.

I began taking this product about a week ago in order to lose those “last 10 pounds” the first day was OK, I wasn’t as hungry and i felt good, but after the third day rolled around I began feeling sick to my stomach, lightheaded, shaky and my skin became really irritated. Every time I took it I would get itchy red blotches on my skin. Never taking this product again.

Hi all, I’ve been on south beach for the last two weeks along with 30 mins Cardio and 4km walk daily. I was at 278 when I started and I was down to 274 two days ago when I started to add cylaris to my weight loss program. For the last two days, I have had a higher than usual energy level. I did feel a little nausa in the afternoon after the second pill. Not too sure if it was because I took them too soon. 1st pill around 9am, and second around 3pm. I’ll keep you guys posted if I see any result with it.
