This is probably one of the worst PRe-workouts I have ever used. I’ve tried Nano Vapor, Black Powder, and SP250 and this one is at the bottom with SP250 not too far in front First, it mixes terribly, with chunks at the bottom of the cup that NEVER dissolve. Second, there’s only one flavor (fruit punch.yuk!)Third, it’s made by Iovate,which makes Muscletech and Muscle Asylum Project products which are known for their shady advertising. PLus, just the fact that these products are made to ‘compete’ with Muscletech makes it even more reprehensible. Crappy product from a questionable parent company.
