According to the manufacturer “Dark Rage sets a new scientific standard of pre-workout supplementation.” The use of an “advanced technology” and “an amazingly powerful combination of advanced, next generation ingredients” are what cause Dark Rage to take your workout’s to the next and most extreme level. Dark Rage is meant to give you increased intensity, maximum strength, extreme muscle growth, optimum anabolic muscle pumps along with faster and more efficient recovery. Within moments after drinking Dark Rage psychotropic factors and ergogenic energizers are activated and you should experience an “intense feeling of heightened euphoria and focus.”
The ingredients found in Dark Rage are listed as a combination of elements that make up the Dark Rage Proprietary Pump and Total Performance Complex. Apparently there is a patent pending for this formulation of 38 grams but don’t be overly impressed. A patent is merely a legal restriction for others to copy a formulation. It doesn’t imply any scientific testing or proven results. Some of the listed ingredients will provide you with a boost of energy and other listed elements are established and common in nitric oxide elevating formulas which can increase the efficiency of a workout and the muscle growth that is resultant.
Dark Rage is a pretty commonplace pre-workout supplement and you will see the average results if you do determine that this is the product you want to try. This product boasts of an advanced technology that they refer to as EPO Technology which is also referred to as blood doping. Some athletes do this to improve their speed and strength, depending on their sport, and it is generally frowned upon in professional arenas. It is somewhat technical in action but it is thought to give you additional size and effect of muscle pump as well as boosted anabolic muscle building. How exactly this product accomplishes this without giving you actual blood with which to boost your own plasma count is somewhat hard to believe. That is our only real concern with this product. Otherwise, you should see the same results you will find from other pre-workout aids.

This stuff works great. I only wish they could do something about the taste…YUUUUKKKK!!!
I guess I’ll get used to it. I’m gonna keep using it because it gives me energy and strength like no other pre-workout drink I’ve tried before.

This is one awesome product but the guys at MHP really need to do something about the taste…It makes me feel like a freaking Vampire when I drink this stuff….It’s like drinking blood!…LOL!…It also makes me feel sick sometimes for the first 30 minutes!…The results though are out of this world!…Best pumps ever(FOR HOURS)!…Only product that EVEN comes close is Trac Extreme also by MHP!…These guys really know how to make a great NO product….I would rate it 5 stars but the taste knocks it down a star…You WILL see results from this product….You will not wanna quit working out!

I was a VPX NO Shotgun user, I tried Gaspari’s Super Pump…none come close to MHP Dark Rage.
I had been off of it for about 4-wks and almost forgot how powerful it was. After my first leg exercise (the third set) I was sweating profusely (ewwww…). My butt was draggin’.

Dark rage is the best pre-work out supplement is have ever taken. As soon as i take it i feel the formula start working as the minutes go by in the wait of starting my work out it grows and grow. i feel like theres something crawling under my skin waiting to get out. i was using superpump 250 yea it work for a half hour then dies down. i needed something that would keep up with me in the 2 hours im lifting dark rage go be beyong what i do and pushes me to the limit. the taste is nasty as hell but it works.

This stuff gives me the best pre workout experience of my life. As soon as I drink it I feel like the incredible Hulk or something. I am more focused and I can do more reps than ever. I must say the taste is awful. It can keep you up all night and for some reason it makes me sick to my stomach. But overall this stuff is great.

Mix with protein

I have also used many other products including MRI’s black powder. I tried Dark Rage because I was getting great results post workout with Dark Matter, which I still take. I believe in stimulants such as caffeine as a positive pre-workout, however I still don’t use a whole scoop. I mix it with water and a scoop of MRI protein (chocolate flavor) and it changes the taste of Dark Rage and I feel as though my skin is being stretched at the gym. I would like to know the breakdown of all the ingredients and I also wish that all of the products stated how much caffeine they contained. Black Powder listed a bunch of ingredients as a mix as 202 mg, they don’t tell you that 200 mg is caffeine.

Dark Rage is the best pre-workout drink I have every had. I had just recently stopped using superpump 250 to try this. I got enery for the first few times with superpump 250 then it just stopped even when I moved up to two scoops. But with Dark Rage i dont even take a whole scoop and it gives a crazy rush everytime. I even noticed big gains in just 1 month after this product. I suggest stacking it with Dark Matter for a insane effect.

Awesome but nasty

I have used 2 jugs and I have to admit after using Noexplode for ever it was better at boosting my strength. In fact, I was throwing around weight on the first dose that I used to bust a gut lifting! Her’s the con: I plan to go back to Noexplode because the taste is almost intolerable and it makes me sick to my stomach. Secondly, The high dose of niacin is too much for me and makes me feel like i”m gonna burst into flames!

I’ve used DR for about 3 weeks now. Incredible energy, pump, and buzz. I do moderate weights with lots of reps and this stuff makes your veins pop like crazy. This product so far actually does what they say it will. However, I must add that it is the absolute WORST tasting supplement I’ve tried ever. I first got the cola fizz flavor and it tastes like vomit, perhaps mixed with some baby diaper. Positively undrinkable. I returned it after forcing myself to drink it for 5 days. I traded in for fruit punch and it tastes “better” but is barely acceptable. I never thought I’d care too much about taste but this stuff tastes so bad it’s almost a deal breaker.

Taste is terrible and leaves your shaker cup stained because it looks like blood but on day 1 i put up more weight and was more concentrated than ever. I give it 5 stars.

I bought this product 2 days ago, i was skeptical about the claims so i bought it to try. it wasn’t very cheap for the 20 servings though. the flavor & texture is unique but definaly tolerabe. Once i tried it, the mental focus & beta-alanine sensation began to take over my body & at the gym…Damn! I was sick with a virus and was still able to bench press 210-215 for reps. after the very first set! My vein were flowing & my muscles were instintly engorged with blood! the pump was super intense & my strength was incredible! i say this product is better than 3 scoops of NO Xplode & better than NO shotgun, great product i have stacked with Dark Matter (Incredible product as well) & I plan on sticking with this product for a long time!

This stuff is awesome…I have tried NO Explode and most recently MRI Black Powder but this stuff beats them both! I have incredible energy during my workout and for hours afterwards.

great energy, bad taste

i tried this product not so long ago and i must admit the energy and pump it gave were better than other pre-workout supplements i’ve tried. I’m not sure if the added pump was due to the epo which is supposed to trigger hormones in the body to produce more blood or if it was the energy boost that gave me more strength to hit the weights harder. I think this products works well for a bit but like all pre-workout supplement you need to cycle off to avoid building a tolerance. My only real problem i had with this product was the awful taste. I’ve tried so many supplement in these past few years and by far this one is the worst tasting yet. i’m sure there are ways to remedy this like mixing it with juice or holding your nose when drinking but it was too much for me. Honestly i aslo didn’t like the idea the that hormones were being manipulated. but i always say give it a try because it might work for you just remember to cycle off and you be fine.

STRONG product

I’ve tried a LOT of the pre-workout products out there and this is by FAR the most powerful. If you want a strong product that will get you amp’d, this is the one. But beware, you may not sleep much! I have hardly ever had problems sleeping even when taking fat burners but even taking Dark Rage at about 4 or 5pm, I would STILL be amped up at midnight and at times took something to get to sleep. Might not affect everyone like that, but did for me. Otherwise, like most all other MHP products, top notch. The pumps are fantastic and you feel very strong on this stuff. The only downside is the strength of the stimulants.

Best NO Product I've Ever USed!

I’ve been using Dark Rage for about 3 weeks now and this has been the best NO product i’ve ever used. I feel the rush in about 10 mins and around the 30 min mark i start getting really hot. Once i hit the weights i can feel a pump after the first warm up set. Great stuff, and i highly suggest giving this product a try!
