I am a collegiate track athlete and have weights after a very long and tiring practice. Before taking Fast Twitch i’d go in to the weight room dreading the workout. I’d be able to get to very intense sets in but i’d really have to struggle to do it in a timely matter. Now that i’ve been taking Fast Twitch for about a week and I can already say it’s a great product. Just minutes after taking it I can feel my mindset start to change by the time I actually get into the weight room I am excited to workout. I go in there wanting to beat the living hell out of myself everyday. I’m not real sure about the “pumps” but as for the energy it’s a winner. I’ve also taken BSN NO EXPLODE and it worked about the same but this is much cheaper, and I don’t feel the stomach sickness like i would on NO EXPLODE.As for the taste it’s tolerable and certainly not the worst tasting product out there. PS I am taking the grape product.

I’ve been using FastTwitch for 3 months now. I discovered it my last deployment. It’s great product, doesn’t give you that stoned feeling in the gym like no-explode and nano vapor do. At the same time, you have TONS of energy. I usually take it an hour prior to the gym. The taste needs a little getting used to, as it’s pretty friggin sour. My only gripe is that sometimes it’s hard fall asleep after the gym. The FastTwitch will keep you up for a long time after. Haven’t noticed any crashes with it. I’ve taken every flavor, haven’t tried the caffeine free. Grape is my least favorite so far because it is the most sour. In the last 3 months i’ve gained: squat +130lbs to 455, deadlift +100 to 455, bench +60 to 355. Great product. The only supplement I take.

Improves Workout

After trying several types of creatine, I finally decided to try Fast Twitch. It is by far the best supplement I have ever tried. Being a college pitcher, I encorporate weight lifting, cardio, and sprints into my workout. After taking Fast Twitch I have noticed I can work out longer and recover faster. It also lasts longer because you only take it before workouts, not on off days. If you don’t want to put hormones into your body, it is definitely the next best thing.

Def. worth trying

I’ve been using Fast Twitch for a month now and I def. feel it is worth trying. Great tasting (Go Grape). No jittery side effects, great pumps and your muscles will certainly not give out on you during your workouts. Decline bench went from 155 to 215 in 4 weeks. I’d say give it a shot.

I bought this at [] on sale during gold card week. Came out to $20. Thats 50cents a serving. I noticed more focus and easier reps.I got no caffeine “Lightning Lemonade”. It tastes great. Mixes well in water and powerade. Got rid of the creatine fatigue I would get mid workout. Worth the money in my book.

Awesome bang for buck

Bought the go grape and it tastes real good. Been using for 2 weeks and this product works as well as advertised and i have never crashed like i did on vapor. No side effects like itching or burning have happened. No bathroom problems. High quality creatine too, definately have noticed the strength and size increases in little time.

Good Pump

Good results, I have used other name brand pre-workout drinks, but this is the best one I have used. Fast Twitch will give you nice pumps and good energy levels to finish your workout. You will not feel cracked out like some other products. I train five days on and two days off so that I do not have to cycle. Great Product!

The best pre-workout

I have tried numerous pre-workout supps and have tried quite a few decent ones but none of them compared to fast twitch. It gives you great energy, includes quality creatine (kre-alkyln) and is far more complete than NOXplode or others.

Great Stuff...but cycle it off

Fast Twitch was my choice since it was cheaper than other nitric oxide amplifiers and pre workout supps.Initially I took it and felt like a monster in the gym,trained hard and increased all my lifts.At time I felt unstoppable..and unbelievably pumped…vascualrity and all.Negatives abt this supp is that it MUST be cycled ..it tends to lose effect after your body gets used to it,initially the caffeine is a bit strong also forcing you to be up in the wee hours of the morning..but all in all a DAMN GOOD supp for those who need the push!

This stuff was really good at first. I had never experienced such a strong motivation to workout like I did with Fast Twitch. However, the effect wore off after about two weeks. After two weeks, it wasn’t working for me at all. I feel like the effects wore off too quickly. In addition, I hated the taste of it. But I guess that’s not the reason we take supplements.

Great pumps

First of all.. this product is relatively cheep.. i just bought some this morning and the guy at [] says it gives u better pumps and doesnt have a bunch of caffiene like NO Explode. My pec fly went from 40 to 55lbs in just one workout and im not even sore… i use this w/ muscle milk and they both taste amazing
