This product is a nice combination of things designed to help you increase vascularity: i.e. no2 booster, mixed with ZMA, and Tribilis. As far as im concerned, it does what it does well. When I take it, I tend to have slightly higher amounts of energy than normal for the first hour of working out; after that it tends to fade.
