However, we’ve seen these claims before and can’t help but wonder what makes GNC Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate stand out from all the other products. Does it deserve the extra attention?

GNC Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate is seemingly identical to many other muscle-building products, using 5g of potentially effective creatine monohydrate. When used correctly, this ingredient can easily soak into the stomach, improving workouts from the very first dose.

Creatine Monohydrate itself has been around for decades and is one of the most easily attainable forms of creatine on the market. It is the most effective and most researched form of creatine and is a great tool for maximizing performance.

“I’ll start off with how you use this properly. You can do more research online but there are three phases. The first is the loading phase. This is where you should be taking 15-25grams per day(Based on body weight)[5-14 days]. The second is named the maintenance phase. This is where you should be taking one serving in the morning(about 3.5-5grams is good)[21-42 days). The third phase is what most people leave out but is very important. This is named the “washout phase” which is where you quit using Creatine for about a month. First of all you should know what Creatine is meant for. Creatine is designed to be a daily supplement that helps your body produce Creatine Phosphate. It speeds up ATP which gives you an extra boost of energy. This could increase muscle strength during workout 15-20% which is great. 40% of college and 50% of professional athletes use or have used Creatine. It gives you that extra strength that allows you to get through a tougher workout routine. It also adds water weight which will temporarily increase the size, definition and strength of your muscles. I suggest using this to anyone who is over 18 years of age and wants that extra edge in weight training or whatever sport they play. From personal experience on this particular product, I have noticed an increase in muscular strength and tenderness very quickly. As a pitcher, I feel that I can throw the ball harder and also hit the ball further. The cost of this product is quite cheap so why not give it a shot? With all that said there are a few cons you might want to take into consideration.
1: You need to drink about double the water you normally do, during the loading phase.
2:It doesn’t dissolve so it may be more tricky to take than you think.
3: During the first few days, you may feel the need to urinate very often throughout the day.(This is true about all Creatine though.)

I started taking Creatine about 3 years ago. I recommend the Dr Max Powers Creatine Elite – It has really lowered my bodyfat due to my more intense workouts. I am currently at 230 pounds with about 15% body fat and I am trying to get down to 10 in the next 3 months.

I always take the Dr Max Powers Creatine with a big glass of Apple juice as I have found my body reacts best to that combination.

Jesus , la creatina es muy fuerte no tomes antes y despues de hacer ejercicio en un dia, y el mentado periodo de carga es para fisiculturistas profesionalos, es solo una ayuda, si ya la tienes te aconsejo MENOS de media cucharadita cafetera NO sopera media hora antes de empezar a hacer ejercicio y tomar mucha agua, pero insisto de ninguna manera usar mas, te puede perjudicar los rinones y el higado, un saludo y que te recuperes pronto !

I bought this product a while back and recently started using it as I got back in the gym. I have been adding it to my Jack3d(USPlabs) pre-workout drink as I have heard that Jack3d doesn’t contain enough creatine (I add a half of scoop using the scoop that comes with jack3d). I can honestly say that this product is effective. Not sure how much the creatine itself helps, but It definitely works. I have went from using 20 lbs. dumbells with dumbell curls to 35 lbs. dumbells in a month and a half. My arms aren’t even big. And in 2 weeks, wen’t from barely running a half a mile to easily hitting the 2 mile mark. I’d say something is working.

hola amigos como estan les quiero decir una pregunta yo voy a empesar a tomar la creatina monohidratada pero no se como tomarla porque yo me estoy recuperando de un accidente y estaba que no movia las piernas pero ya estoy caminando en un andador o andadera estoy en el gym monto una hora de sspinning hago escaldora y otros tipos de ejercicios en el gym para las piernas quisiera saber si la dosis que me voy a tomar esta bien para mi un cucharadita en jugo antes de empezar los ejercicios y otra cucharadita despues que termine porque despues del gym salgo hacer otras terapias osea dos cucharaditas diarias mi pregunta es si esta bien la dosis y si asi si me va hacer efecto gracias espero respuesta mi correo es

Its ok

This is as basic as it gets for creatines. It is cheap and does the job done. It does not disolve in liquids, at all. You have to stir it quick, then chug. Been using it for a year or more.

i used this

i used this product an still do. i cant see any change i been using this product for about 4 months an no change. i used another creatine an got better results. this product is cheap but i guess u get wat you paid for lol.. oh yea an i also get that dizzy sick feeling after im done with my workout.. not so gud if u dont like to throw up after your workouts

I first started using this product in early April and it is now early May. Since then i have added about 25 punds to my bench and i can clearly see that my arms have gotten much bigger. This product is deffinatley worth the little 20$ it costs.

Its ok

At first I liked this product until I found CE2 Monohydrate seems to trap water and bloat you. It does make you look bigger but I prefer Ce2 any day of the week for that lean look.

Didnt see Much Results

When i first started to work out, i bought this stuff and i didnt notice much, i mean my muscles got bigger but i would get dizzy and weak afeter i stopped, so i stopped workin out for a while until it got out of my system, im now taking MRI’s Black Powder, which works wonders, so i suggest to get Black Powder and take it with MRI’s Pro Nos

it is the best

gnc creatine monohydrate is the best supplement i used ever first of all after 2 weeks i felt more stronger and energetic then i became fuller and harder but it has one drawback that is present in most of the creatine supplements i felt bloated but thats nothing serious to me but i felt a little weaker and dizzy when i stopped.

Well creatine monohydrate isn’t the greatest. I mean if you want to try creatine then i suggest something a little more potent. Don’t get me wrong if you are new to working out and supliments then creatine is right for you because it really does make you noticably stronger, but when your not cycling it you feel weak and fatigued during workouts.
