Giving you the ultimate turbopak for women and weight loss, GNC Wellbeing Be Hot claims that you can get all the better results that you are looking for in one formula. They say that GNC Wellbeing Be Hot will finally help you to get be defined, be energized, and be enhanced all in one pak so that you can get the benefits of all of them combined. So how does GNC Wellbeing Be Hot actually work?

GNC Wellbeing Be Hot claims that you will finally be able to get results, and of course, these 3 formulas you would think would combine to get you even greater results. So how do they work? Well, be energized has one total energizing ingredient as it were, and the rest are antioxidants that have nothing to do with energy and moreover nothing to do with weight loss.

Likewise, they talk about be enhanced. This has one ingredient that could actually lose weight known as CLA. CLA does not actually promote weight loss like they would talk about, more like 2 more pounds per year, and the simple reality is that it would require 4500mg as opposed to the extremely small amounts that they have.

So as you can see, the formulas individually speaking cannot actually promote weight loss. The reality is that the individual formulas do not actually give you any results at all. So when combined, they still do not have the right amounts of anything, and ultimately speaking, they do not otherwise have anything that would benefit you in terms of weight loss, even when combined.

Experts now say that the ideal cardio workout should be at least an hour in duration, not 30 minutes. Therefore, many find workout supplements to be ideal, especially when compared with a workout that is an hour or more. Of course, the effects depend on your body type among other related factors, and if you are concerned about a medical issue, we would definitely recommend talking to your doctor. However, if you are simply concerned about the effect on your body, the best thing to do is to start with smaller doses of any product you use in order to see how your body reacts. If the effect is positive, you can gradually increase your dosage.

There are many different types of workout supplements, depending on what you want. However, one of the best pre-workout supplements we have found, which can be easily combined with water, is Myonox, which is featured on our main pre-workout page.

Pretty Great

There are alot of pills to take (approx 5 per package) which you are to take every day. On the plus side the pills are coded with a sweet-easy-to-swallow coding so it doesnt leave you with a horrible taste in your mouth like the GNC Womens ACTIVE multi-pack (which, omg, those pills leave a HORRIBLE taste in your mounth and are alot larger).
The pills gave me more energy, however I didnt see crazy drastic weight loss (which is the more healthy way to go anyway). I saw steady weightloss over time 1-2 lbs per week. I combined these pills with regular exercise in the GYM with healthy eating (everything in moderation attitude). Prior to using these pills I was working out at the gym 5-6 days a week for 2 hours per day (1 hour cardio in the classes – because they push you harder and 1 hour of weights) I would bike to work in the morning 15km’s and go to the gym for weight training durring lunch (45mins) and cardio after work (sometimes for 1 hour, sometimes for more)then I would bike home(15kms. I combined this with eating right (more fruits and veggies, complex carbs, no WHITE DEATH, and low to no sugar). So you could imagine that no weight loss was resulting in frustration, hence the seeking the extra help from the pills. I am only 25 years old and have about 20lbs to loose. I know those last 15 pounds are tough, but really! Thus, any weight loss for me is fantasitc and I enjoyed the boost in energy. When I went from a running around all day for a job to sitting at a desk – thats when I gained the weight. I think people need to take where they work into consideration how much exercise they require to loose weight.

I would recommend this product to anyone who who would like to add this to a HEALTHY lifestyle and prefers to loose weight the healthy way: gradually. Someone who has accepted exercise as an important part of every-day living and just one of those automatic no-brainer things you do. For those of you who are “everything in MOderation” type people and would like a little more energy when they are in the gym or outside, I think you would enjoy this product. This product also made me feel happy as a side note.
