Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein Reviews

If you’ve ever used a protein supplement before, you know they all aren’t the same. Some cram a huge tube with poor quality ingredients to make it look like you’re getting a lot for your money. But, of course, you can never rely on size as an indicator of whether or not you have an effective weight loss supplement. At while most people know that truth, too many people continue to be tricked into purchasing a gigantic tub of some extremely ineffective protein mix. Every once in a while we come across a protein supplement that has some promise, but is Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein something you can purchase without feeling ripped off? After all, the reviews are in and they are very mixed.

Some people are finding Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein really works while other, while others are saying Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein is not worth the expense. Most people agree that it has a great a taste. Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein comes in some great flavors including vanilla, strawberry, chocolate mint, double rich chocolate and cookies and cream. The good news is it also contains Whey Protein, which is 90% pure protein. This protein allows you to build muscle without adding unwanted carbohydrates that ultimately turn into fat. With every serving of Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein you feed your body 24 grams of the most powerful protein. Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein also includes 5 grams of BCAAs and 4 grams of Glutamine and precursors.

The only drawback to Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein is the cost. The price was raised recently and many people don’t believe this is something that should have gone up in price. But with Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein you do get a protein supplement you can count on. It’s just up to you whether or not you think the price is worth it.

I’ve tried tons of different proteins out there, and this is by far the best all around protein I have used. I don’t have the money to spend on separate BCAA’s and l-glutamine, but I had to when I used other proteins. This protein is loaded with that crap, so it saves you tons of money. Especially if you buy the 10 lb bag! I bought a bag 2 months ago. I have 2 or 3 servings a day, and I’m still have a lot let. I would’ve gone through 3 jugs of muscle milk by now. I train muay thai, so I don’t want mass. I have noticed lean muscle gain with this product that I was not getting with other protein, and my training has stayed consistant. Rocky road tastes like dessert!

Critically Important to Me

5.0 of 5.0

30 Jul 2008 - Beavis of Virginia, USA

This product is CRITICALLY important to my health. I don’t eat meat (and cooking eggs can be time consuming) and all other protein supplements give me bloating/gas so horrible that it smells like a buzzard’s carcass is decaying inside me. I’m not sure I could live without the Gold Standard. Purchased it at []. Worth every penny.

Great Product

27 Jun 2008 - Brad of Durban, South Africa

Like many of you I have tried a number of protein powders out there and I have to say that Optimum 100% Whey is by far the best. This product is NOT just marketing hype – with consistent training and diet reults are Guranteed – I have gained 5 kg (+- 10lbs) in the last few months following this regimen. Kareem from Cairo: try 1 scoop with water/sports drink about 45 min before you train and another 2 scoops directly after training. Remember to keep increasing poundages on your lifts as well and you WILL see a difference. I’ve been so impresssed by the Optimum brand that I’m going to try their “Pro Complex Gainer” next. Being a hardgainer i will throw some extra 100% whey in there to increase protein percentage. All in all great brand, great product. Thanks to all you reviewers out there as well.

This is the best tasting, digest well. It also has low calorie and carb so its very good for muscle without the bloating and excessive carbs. If you need those carbs of course use 2% instead of skim and its just as good

Good for summer

4.0 of 5.0

08 Apr 2008 - Peter of New Jersey, USA

I have found this to be a really good protein shake. From my experience I would suggest Muscle Milk from Sept – March & going with this one for the summer months when trying to stay trim & lean. I’ve seen results without the bloating.

great protein

08 Apr 2008 - Jerry of Ontario, Canada

I have tried have been on and off this product, i like to switch up every once and awhile, but this protein is great. if your looking to slim down, just use water and the taste is still awsome!! or if you need those extra carbs and fats then skim or 1% milk does the trick. and above all this product tastes great, mixes well, and is also one of the cheaper proteins on the market for pricing.

I have used over 15 different proteins; this is by far the best i’ve used yet. It mixes well… its palatable and doesnt give me any digestive problems. I have 4 shakes a day, of about 2 scoops, and it goes down a treat. I recommended it to two mates and they rate it as highly as i do too.

Great product. Mixes effortlessly, even with milk. Taste is good (although the cookies flavour tastes more like coffee flavour). Good value too.

Great Price, Good Taste, Easy Mix, Great Content!

I have tried and been using this protein for well over a year now. I amusing the tropical punch flavour as well as Rocky Road. Both taste great and work well in different mixes. I use the Tropical for blender mixes with fruit, and the Rock Road for strait protein/water mixes. The Roacky Road seems to mix a little bit easier with a spoon; whereas the Punch tends the leave lumps if your not using a shaker cup. I dont get bloated on either of these and dont get the sudden explosive bowel gas like some others give you. The BCAA’s and Glutamine count in this protein is top notch. There are also a handfull of other nutrients and minerals loaded into this powder. I highly recommend these two flavours. I cant speak for the others as I havent tried them yet, but if they are anything like these two… I give two thumbs up.

I can honestly say that I have tried at least 20 different types of protein products and this is the only one that I stick with. Taste is great, mixes easily with no chunks left over. Highly recommended.

A++

Great balance, lactoferins are critical when using this form of protein. Excellent BCAAs and other extra’s. Easy to digest. I have gone has high as 48g per serving with no digestive discomfort. Taste is fine, although I come from the age of Shaklee so anything that is not cement tastes good to me. I like Vanilla because it mixes well with Gatorade post workout.

My doctor suggested to abandon milk since it makes my poo-poo thick (He told me that lots of people have this problem), and to try supplements with water, and my god this “100 % whey gold standard- banana strawberry” tastes AWESOME with water. like a fruit punch. its “protein isolate” which is (the purest and most easily digestible form) better than Whey protein powder. Really really cheap, 16$+3$ship for 2 Lbs.. (I ordered it from []).(Just want to share and not to advertise.)
