I was a Huge Fan of Hydroxcut hardcore about a year and a half ago. They then took it off the shelf for some sort of health recall. I was upset because I lost so much body fat, Had tons of energy, and it suppressed my appetite like you wouldn’t believe….
Fast forward to about 6 weeks ago, HH is back on the Shelf with a “New Improved formula”…That DOES NOT WORK!
I have been taking the new HH for almost 6 weeks now to my disappointment. In the past 6 weeks I have lost only 5 pounds of fat. I have tried to stay on my Diet as I did before but my appetite was stronger on the pills then off the pills. While on the pills I was in constant snack mode. The Pills gave me an instant rush of energy in the morning for about an hour then an instant crash for about 3 hours before I took my “Lunch time” dose (which produced the same results). When It came time for my after work “workout” I was bushed. I found myself too tired to get a quality workout in. I also had pretty bad side effects of Headaches, Stomach aches, Bad (Stinky) Gas, and nasal congestion (which is probably the reason for the headaches). I am very disappointed with the “New HH” and I am currently looking for new Diet pills…Why do they always take away the ones that work????

This is the best diet pill I have ever used. It gives me lots of energy, and while I have never seen it mentioned that it controls one’s appetite, it sure does for me. Before I got pregnant, these pills helped me lose about 50 lbs within just a few months. I just had twins about 5 1/2 months ago and I am in the process of ordering another bottle to help lose the weight again.

This stuff really gave me energy and made me really focused on my work outs. I was working out but was enraged all the time. People would bump into me in the gym and I’d pick fights. If you are taking this stuff and are thinking about grabbing an alcoholic drink while on it? Forget it! I was irate and down right dangerous! I lost lots about 16 lbs. while developing a leaner look but my friends were afraid to hang out with me.

hi everyone… i’m sami 21 yrs from Australia WA male about 174 cm tall and i use to be 80kg/176punds i’m a bodybulider for about 3 yrs but Unfortunately i had to stop for about 14 mnths so with my old habbit of eatin a lot i gain weight i became 97kg/214pounds and i got lazy about cutting the weight back and one day i was like thats it i can’t keep going like this so i decided to go through a diet so i started my diet and i swear diet is hardest thing i’v ever done ): i thought it’s gonna be easy but it’s not so beside my deit i do cardio for about 2hrs 6 days a week and my normal work out as well and HH so i lost 5kg 11 pounds in the first 5 days so i’m not sure did i lose all this weight in such a short period of time because of HH or my crazy workout and so far i’v lost 9kg 19ponds in 2 weeks, i’m now 88kg i still have 8kg to cut in the next 2 weeks:) so i decided to reduce my cardio to see am i losin weight coz of my workout or coz of HH and i’ll let you all know next week.. one more thing while i’m doing cardio i wear sweatsuit

well I graduated high school at 227, I’m 5′10 with a pretty blocky frame. I starting sailing the great lakes with my father who racked up 30+ out there, alot of physical labor, crazy schedule, and very solitary. after a 2 month run in the summer with dear ol dad as my boss, I ended up dropping 40lbs at least, and then shipped out again the following winter for another few months, then again in the following summer. after a year of that, I moved out to alberta to work on the oil rigs, 12 hours a day, no breaks, in -40 C all winter, it was quite the endeavor, apparently alot of guys don’t make it the first day, but I did it all winter, and got down to 150, something I never thought I’d see 2 years prior. I was always quite, “unmotivated” to say the least, but went to work with a drive I didn’t know I had. I still can’t seem to get into a solid workout routine, but am biting the bullet when I head back to work, 2 weeks on the rigs, the a week off, so 12 hours of lifting things that way as much as me if not more, then 50 pushups and 50 situps at the end of the day. on my week off I’ll be attempting a daily morning yoga session, due to the 80+ pounds lost over the past 2 years, things could use a tightening. now, where HH comes in. I tried it a few months ago, and found it gave me a great deal of energy, but the excess sweating, and hunger pains are a bit of a deterrent. nonetheless, it does seem to work, so I plan to take 2 every 6 hours, seemed to be a decent middle ground when I tried it before.

So im from Sydney Australia. I am 22 years old and am currently 100kg/220lbs and 5″11 tall. This time last year I guess I would have been around 75kg/165lbs, I was looking great. But mind you I was partying here and there and dancing and staying up for days upon days. Stopped the partying lifestyle and have packed all this unwanted weight. It’s hard and can now understand what over weight people go through. You just want to shut your self away and detatch your self from friends, family and pretty much the world. Food becomes your bestfriend. I’ve tried going to the gym, getting motivated for a few days but something always happens that makes you just crawl back home and have no real effort to do it. You tell your mind your going to do it, and when that time comes you don’t. ITS ALL EXCUSES. I was giving excuses for everything. I realised I didn’t want to live like this anymore. I needed something to help me. I found HH in a health store. (MIND YOU ALL: the ingredients in the tablets are not the same in quantity here in aust – as we have strict laws with the amount of ingredients that are stacked in each tablet) I started the tablets on Thursday afternoon after work at 5:30pm I took 3 caps and went for a 30 min cardio session – wow! I could run! And for a great amount of time! I have been keeping a low carb diet for a while now so don’t need to change my food intake at all. Side effect: I could not sleep that first night til 3am. I had a further 3 tablets in the morning before breakfast. I was getting headaches – not minor and was tired from my lack of sleep. I got home and crashed to bed. Saturday (today) I woke up feeling so much better! I went online and did more research about HH’s side effects and customers reviews. This site was fantastic! People’s comments helped a great deal. I have seen on a HH website that you should take 1 cap 2x day for 2 days, 2 cap 2x day for another 3 days, then the normal dosage of 3 caps 3 x day. I RECOMMEND FOR EVERY ONE TO USE THIS. So I took 1 cap this morning and did 40min of cardio. I have just weighed myself and to my suprise I was reading 98.9kg/217.6lbs a loss of 1.1kg/2.4lbs in Less then 2 DAYS! I am planning a 4 week course on this and will keep a weekly post on my weight changes and how HH is going!

Works good with a diet

Over about a month I lost 20 pounds. While lossing the 20 pounds I lifted weights 3 days a week and played basketball 3 days a week. I found that this product only works good if you are on a diet. So do not excpect to loose 50 pounds in like 2 months while eating with you same habits. I was on no particular diet though, other than just eating healthy.

I began trying to join the army about 1 year ago. The recruiter told me i was too heavy for my height. I was 270 lbs. at 5′10″. I tried exercise and diet and wasnt getting there fast enough. So I asked around and was introduced to HH. I started taking HH in early July. By October I was down to 205 lbs. I was almost there. By the time I enlisted in November i was down to 198. I couldnt have done it that fast with out HH. I strongly recommend it!!!

My brother came home on leave and introduced me to HH and seeing that he was in the best shape of his life, I was pretty interested. We always grappled/wrestled when we see eachother and this time he was more agile, more explosive, and more focused than I was which was the opposite of how it usually was. I had been out of the USMC for about one year and let myself go. I went from 160lbs to 180lbs and lost a lot of muscle mass. My brother motivated me to hit the gym again and start taking HH. I went to the gym first thing after waking up and did 60 minutes of strength training and 100 situps a day. On fridays and weekends I did my running and cardio about 3x 3 mile runs at a 24:00 pace plus the 100 sit-ups over fri/sat/sun. I noticed a loss of desire for binge eating and fatty foods, gained focus and energy, and a decrease in body fat. In about 3 weeks I lost 10lb and continued taking it for about 1 month and stayed the same weight but gained more tone and definition. Well I quit taking it for about 3 months and started feeling lazy again and getting fatter by the weeks. Even though I ate the same and worked out the same, I felt a lot weaker and sloppier. I actually gained that 10lbs back. Well I just continued up 3 weeks ago again and feel great again. Im 5′9″ at 170lb and trying to get down to 160lb in a couple of months by cutting back (but not quiting) on the strength and doing more cardio. Drink a lot of water, eat right, workout, and follow the directions. I bet I’ll reach my goal in no time, thanks to HH.

Today is day one of using this product. I am 25 and am an ammature body builder. I am not over weight, just trying to get shredded. I took HH before I worked out and then again 30 minutes before eating 5 hours later and found myself very dizzy and nautious both times. I felt week and unable to work out at my normal intensity. I also got a headache shortly after taking HH both times today. One thing is for sure, it does make you sweat a lot more and it does reduce your appetite. Maybe I am a wimp or just need to get used to it. I will continue to use HH and see if anything changes.

I have never been in better shape in my life. I started using this product two months ago and weighed 209 at the time with little to no muscle mass and quite a bit of excess body fat. After using hydroxycut as instructed and running 5-6 times a week for at least 40 minutes and eating well, I have been able to make it down to 172 and I am still loosing weight, getting cut, and best of all starting to build some muscle! I would recommend this product to anyone…as I mentioned truly a miracle worker, and I feel like a real success story. This stuff is amazing!

Hi all, I started at 91 kilo (200 lbs) a week ago. Since then I did go to the gym 3 times, did approaximately 2,5 hours of mountainbiking spread out over 3 days, did 100 chrunches a day for my abs, ate less and drank lots of water. The first 2 days I took 2x 2 pills, day 3 till now I take 2x 3 pills a day. Lost 10lbs since then, my abs are getting more visable, and can control my appetite better. Think the product does what it is promising great results so far!!! Little disadvantages: increasing sweating, empty stomach feeling and sometimes energyoutbursts like an upcoming X**-pill ;) I’ll keep you updated!

I have just purchased Hydroxycut Hardcore 3 Days ago. I have been following the recommended dosage, and the directions on the bottle. I weighed in about 234lbs and have gotten back into the gym the day I took the first pill. The first day I felt decent and good without seeing too much of a notice. But, I have to say, I did feel that I was able to push myself a bit as I was jogging. I kept check on my hear rate and it was normal from walking to jogging to a light run. I didn’t feel any intensity so far in the past days since i took the product. But, I did feel that I was awake and focused. I followed the recommended procedures of not taking it within 5 hours of sleep. Which was good. I was able to get a good nights rest during the week. Tomorrow I should be on my 4th day dosing up to 2pills twice a day. I have noticed that my urge for eating has declined, which is a good thing, additionally, I am positive I am seeing results. I have already had my girlfriend comment on my look since I’ve been back to the gym. Although it is still to early to tell, I will continue to keep you up to date by Sat April 4th. I will be back to comment on what is going on so far. It seems as though everyone else that has used this product has not followed the directions as they are supposed to. I drink 5 bottles, piss alot, with only one pill twice a day with a total of 10 water bottles a day minimum. I eat light, and take pill 30 min before work out or 45min or 1 hour before a meal, but 6 hours before sleeping. So far I have followed all the directions and have seen only positive results so far. My stomach has gotten smaller, which eventually will decrease the size of portion that I eat. Lastly, I will be back on April 4th to up date my information, not like everyone else here who promises to be back, but hasn’t commented on their results.

Day 2 (still taking 1 supp 2x daily) and I can definitely tell a difference in my workout – haven’t run in a year and this made 1 hr cardio seem like nothing. Don’t forget a sweat rag for the gym! It works best taking a protein supplement to help stabilize appetite, but I notice I don’t care to eat carbs at all. It only really works if you REALLY workout (30 min. isn’t going to be enough lol..) will update later with weight loss if it happens!

Today is my third day on HH. I can positivley say that so far I think it is working. I feel more energized, but not jittery. I have been having a lot more energy in the gym, and have been sweating a lot more. I have been following all the reccomendations on the bottle, and have been drinking lots of water. I have been peeing a lot, but that is because of all the water you are supposed to drink, it helps you stay hydrated. I have not lost my appetite, but have noticed that I seem to be more in control of my eating habits. The only thing I have experienced is a little acid reflex, but that’s not something that I’m not used to. Haven’t been on the scale since starting HH, but plan on only looking at the end of each week, so I don’t dissapoint myself if I don’t lose any weight everyday. Started out at 225 lbs, and hope to get down to around 190 lbs. I have been doing 30 min. of cardio everyday and rotating upper and lower body every other day. I complement each day with one, One a Day Men’s Health pill, and each upper body day with an EAS Myoplex protein bar. Hope to see results, and will post again soon.

Today is day one with Hydroxycut Hardcore. I used regular Hydroxycut about 4 years ago and have let myself kinda go to hell for the past 4 years. I was in decent shape then. I am 6′2″ almost 6′3″ and weigh 247. Not that heavy for my body size. I will never be at 200lbs and be healthy. Many things people need to realize is that Hydroxycut doesnt work just by itself. You must combine a diet( I suggest cutting out your carbs for the first 2 weeks, then watching your carb intake after that) plus workout. For the diet thing, you must pick one day, I suggest it being a day you do not work out. To indulge yourself some. You need to switch up your bodies intake of food, this boosts your metabolism naturally and helps your body use its food more efficiently. This is not a miracle product, it will help you get in shape quickly, but only if you are committed to it fully. Any working out must also include taking in protein. If you are doing like I am, working out for 1 hr or more a day, 5 days a week, doing a full body work out each time. You need at least 100grams of Protein daily if not more, but not over 200grams a day. For most ppl 60-70grams of protein a day is recommended. It is needed for your muscles to continue to build and replace your fat, also remember, muscle weighs more than fat. If it is just for diet, follow the instructions for diet. If it is for working out follow the 1-3, 4-7 and 8-beyond schedule for the pills. This gets your body used to the product so you do not get the jitters. I shall let everyone know what my results are in a week.

I have been usuing this product for about 3 weeks. I’m a female about 5′2. 145lbs. i’v been trying to get to my goal weight of 125. i have been working out since january and had not lost any weight, so i decided to try HH. I have been working out 4-5 days per week for about 15-20 min of cardio and then about 45 min of strenghth training. I really havent seen any results. I have been taking 1 pill 2 x a day for 2 weeks, and now I’m taking 2 pills 2 times a day, but seem to be jittery and naseaus. i think i will cut back to just 3 pills a day. I have a hard time eating healthy all the time, but am working on that. I do drink lots of water and noticed I have to go to the bathroom alot. I am skepticall this will actually work, but will keep usuing it and keep posting..thanks

Beginning the second week of HH. After following the recommended dosage of three capsules twice daily for a couple days, I have found that this is too much for my system. The three capsule dosage was making me very shaky and nauseous. I am 5′9″ and I started at 175 and am now around 171 depending on water weight. HH definitely suppresses my appetite even with intense cardio/weight training exercise. So far I would recommend this product, I have seen a decrease in that body fat that has been difficult to reduce even with years of consistent exercise.

shockingly okay i am 205 pounds and been working out for quite sometime now during the first days i felt dizzy and headaches and sort of hungry but then after a while it goes away this is my second day so far and im trying to get down to 170 i eat healthy and plenty of exercise too so i love it
