Instaflex Multivitamin Reviews
Advertisers say Instaflex Multivitamin will help you live healthier.
A scientifically formulated supplement, Multivitamin features ingredients to increase energy and revitalize your body.
While everyone wants to feel healthier and revitalized, let’s take a look at Multivitamin to see if it delivers these results.
One Multivitamin serving is one tablet. Each serving is formulated with over 30 ingredients, and some of its potent ones are discussed below.
Vitamin A [3500 IU, 70% DV]. This vitamin is required for the proper function and development of eyes, skin, and immune system. It is possibly effective for preventing breast cancer, reducing disease complications, and minimizing complications occurring from pregnancy or child birth.
Vitamin C [90 mg, 150% DV]. Vitamin C has a wide range of functions, including maintaining proper immunity. It’s effective for treating the common cold and high blood pressure.
Vitamin D [500 IU, 125% DV]. This nutrient maintains strong bones, as it aids calcium absorption. Additionally, it supports immunity and cell communication.
Vitamin E [50 IU, 167% DV]. In addition to being an antioxidant, vitamin E inhibits processes which damage cells. It also supports organ function. It is likely effective for preventing bladder cancer, alleviating symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, and minimizing the effects of painful menstruation.
Vitamin K 30 mcg, 38% DV]. Vitamin K is not typically used in dietary supplements, but it plays a key role in helping the blood clot and preventing excessive bleeding.
Riboflavin [1.7 mg, 100% DV]. Riboflavin plays an important role in skin development and functioning. Its supplementation may also prevent migraine headaches (but only in dosages as high as 400 mg/d).
Multivitamin is only available for purchase from Instaflex.com. It costs $29.99 plus $4.99 for shipping.
Instaflex is a small health supplement brand (carrying just four products), and it seems to focus on improving general health. It is based in Murray, UT.
Instaflex has a sponsored team, comprising of former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie and Olympic soccer player Carla Overbeck. On the website, Flutie describes how his football causes him to suffer back pain but says, “Instaflex has been a tremendous help to me and reduced my pain.”
The vitamins and minerals contained in Multivitamin improve overall health without causing side effects.
But, compared to other multivitamin supplements, Multivitamin is more expensive. And without consumer reviews, it is difficult determining its effectiveness.
Based on what I’ve observed, it’s hard to say whether Multivitamin’s value matches its price tag.
