We tend to trust in results over theory. So what is in Isopure and has it shown results?

Isopure consists of the following ingredients: Ion exchange whey (milk) protein isolate, Vitamin/mineral/amino acid blend (taurine, potassium (as potassium chloride), chloride (as potassium and sodium chloride), calcium (as dicalcium phosphate dihydrate), phosphorous (as dicalcium phosphate dihydrate), L-glutamine, magnesium, (as magnesium oxide), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), niacin, zinc (as zinc sulfate dihydrate)vitamin A (as palmitate), pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), and vitamin B6. This product can be a protein supplement but also contains essential vitamins and minerals and is therefore a suitable meal replacement drink as well.

Overall Isopure is a valid protein supplement option. It is lower in calories and fat without skimping on protein. Isopure provides a solid 50 grams of protein per serving as well as bout 50 percent of the recommended daily allowance of most of the major vitamins and minerals. Most protein powders cannot claim that. Isopure is also lactose and aspartame free for those who have dairy or sugar-substitute sensitivities and it is less likely to give you an upset stomach.
