I went so far as to take it for 8 full weeks, while doing my regular cardio and weights. I saw no change whatsoever, and this is the first product that has ever given me splitting headaches on a daily basis. I drank more than 100oz of water daily, limited the sugar intake down to literally one litte treat a week, upped my veggie and fruit servings, and cut out pop or sugar drinks entirely. I did not eat past 6 o’clock most nights…While I never expect any pill to be a “miracle” pill, I do expect something I invest 120 dollars into to at least aid me in shedding a few pounds at least!!! I will never use this product again and do not recommend it to the average female. And after all, we average females are the ones who need the most help.
