Using fat to burn fat . . . hmm. With Lipocor, it’s a concept that just might work.

Lipocor promotes health and weight loss through its supply of essential fatty acids. Your body needs these fatty acids to build muscle tissue, regulate oxygen use, and transport cholesterol.

But more importantly, a deficiency in essential fatty acids means your body might hold on to excess fat.

So does this nontraditional approach to weight loss have what it takes?

Lipocor Ingredients

Lipocor’s natural ingredients reportedly support lean muscle, control appetite, and even reduce body fat, all without the use of stimulants. Let’s take a closer look at Lipocor.

Safflower Oil. An odorless and colorless oil, safflower oil presents its health benefits through its essential fatty acid, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). CLA is said to reduce total body fat and increase lean body mass, thus improving your body composition. However, in the greatly overweight, CLA could aggravate insulin resistance.

Safflower oil supplements are also said to reduce excess fat around the waistline. An examination of 18 studies found that CLA allowed for only modest body fat loss. [1] So you may improve your health with safflower oil, but don’t expect a weight loss miracle.

Fish Oil. Fish oil is packed with omega 3 fatty acids essential to your body’s health, particularly the important fatty acids of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA both help your cells function properly.

Omega 3s decrease the insulin required in your body, perhaps allowing more fat to be used for energy rather than stored. They also boost heart health and lower triglycerides, which may indirectly lead to weight loss. One study found that including fish or fish oil in the diet led to more weight loss than a diet without it. [2]

If you don’t get enough omega 3s, taking a supplement may be a good idea. Be aware that it could cause nausea, bloating, and burping.

Flaxseed Oil. Flaxseed oil is a source of ALA, a precursor to omega 3s. ALA may improve cardiovascular health and lower high lipid levels. It doesn’t directly cause weight loss, but the improvement in health might.

Evening Primrose Oil. This oil provides two essential omega 6 fatty acids, LAand GLA. These fatty acids help brain development and prevent inflammation in the body (a common result of weight gain). GLA has also been found to help prevent weight regain following weight loss.

Borage Oil. Borage oil also contains GLA, which should reduce inflammation and block weight gain. GLA could cause bloating, nausea, or indigestion, but it’s not particularly harmful. In fact, borage oil is already found naturally in the body.

L-Carnitine. This substance, made in the liver and kidneys, helps the body turn fat into energy. Carnitine also fights harmful particles in the body. Some claim it boosts exercise performance as well as reduces fat mass and increases muscle mass. But there is little evidence to prove these claims. Usually your body makes enough carnitine, but some people may benefit from taking a supplement.

Caralluma Fimbriata. This plant was used by Indian hunters to quench hunger and thirst while hunting. It suppresses appetite and may even enhance stamina.

Why Should I Buy Lipocor?

Lipocor contains natural oils and herbs that can improve your health and support weight loss. With many diet pills, you may lose weight temporarily, but the ingredients unfortunately don’t contribute to overall health. With Lipocor, however, you know you’re taking in things your body needs and that will improve your health. Plus, there’s little risk of side effects.

Why Should I Pass on Lipocor?

The makers of Lipocor, Katalyst Nutraceuticals, of course claim their product will aid weight loss, but they’re about the only word to go off. There are no consumer reviews on Lipocor, so we really don’t know if it works. The ingredient amounts are part of a proprietary blend, so we also don’t know whether each ingredient is included in the right quantities.

While Lipocor may improve your health, it probably won’t cause dramatic weight loss. The ingredients support functions that could lead to weight loss, but don’t directly cause fat burn. In addition, two softgels are 20 calories, which adds a significant amount to a low-calorie diet.

How Do I Buy Lipocor?

Buying Lipocor may prove more difficult than losing that excess belly fat! It’s not available from the official website or other dealers like eBay and Amazon. It is mentioned on a couple sites for nutrition stores, so you may find it through independent dealers.

Lipocor: The Bottom Line

Lipocor may improve your overall health, but it probably won’t help you lose a lot of weight. A better way to get the same benefits is to eat a lot of healthy oils, and to take omega 3 supplements if need be.

So far it has been very helpful in getting rid of that stubborn BF. Dont get me wrong i am eating clean and training daily so i cannot give the supplement all the credit. But compared to other “fat burner” that use caffeine and other diuretics i have used during the same training and diet routine. I have much greater progress/results using this supplement. I would also recommend an added 2g of acetyl L carnitine or your basic L- Carnitine

I found it at Nutrishop in San Diego CA. I don’t know if it works, hence why I’m googling reviews. I’m on my 2nd bottle and have been taking 4 pills a day. I’ve been toning and losing weight but I’ve also been on a strict diet and working out at least 5x a week so who knows if its having an effect. I do feel like I’m toning up faster than usual but I’m also drinking a BCAA. I ran out one day though and I was significantly more hungry so I think it does play a part in hunger cravings.

Conclusion is I don’t have a conclusion. I’m only letting you know where to buy it. It close about $35 a bottle I think…

I am not a fat person by any stretch of the imagination but I was overweight, and trying to get ripped with super abs, and the only thing that was holding me back was a little belly fat. I tried the fish & broccoli diet a month before and it was cutting 1 pound of fat a day with cm* too (not inches those took longer). So I went to the Nutrishop to see about Raspberry Ketone but he suggested Lipocor. I was off the fish & broccoli diet, but kept a VERY steady maintenance diet. For over two weeks with Lipocor there was zero change. And there was NOTHING that it could be blamed on! I am fit, active, and was eating a VERY stable healthy diet menu: Low cal, Low fat, Low carb, high protein, no sugar. Only sucralose (yellow packets). This diet has been working for me. To cut 30+ pounds of FAT. Well I went back onto the fish & broccoli diet while still taking Lipocor, and there was zero additional improvement. If anything it seems to stymie the loss by a micro fraction. Because I seem to be losing a few grams less than I did without it (I have a digital scale). I am still losing fat weight because of the fish & broccoli, but even after consuming the whole bottle, the Lipocor seemed to me to be completely ineffective, and just expensive pills. But there were zero side effects, little aftertaste, and you should definitely take with a drink, because it is not fun to have it lodged in your throat until it dissolves 4+ minutes later! (but that was my fault). Anyway, I would not recommend this product as any type of successful aide. Sorry.
