(35 y.o.)I used this for 4 weeks w/IGH. Gains I made were modest. In fact, the last week or so I didn’t make ANY progress. Creatine is the only supplement I have ever measured TANGIBLE results in the weightroom. Supposedly the ingredients are essentially DHEA – google it. Not sure if it’s that simplistic or not. From my, albeit limited, perspective, I don’t think most products of this nature have a difference of night and day depending on the person. I believe biology can account for relatively modest differences, but I don’t believe this product boosts people’s lifts as much as some have claimed, and that if they are true, there is nothing to suggest the combination of a good diet and other supp’s may have given them that boost, if they are indeed genuine testimonials. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product and it was undoubtedly a waste of money.

I used these in the summer, and gained a decent amount on it, lifting really hard, 5-6 days a week, my bench went up 30lbs within a month, which is pretty good. Only thing i didn’t like, is that it made me horny as hell. Im 18 and have enough testosterone and this boosted it even more. I didn’t need this much. My girlfriend even noticed, i was getting hard quicker and not lasting as long which was unusual and didn’t like that at all Thats my only complaint!

im only 16 and already a suplement junky. ive tried it all. this stuff kind of works i mean my bench went up a little but not my curls too much. i am able to outrun anyone on the soccer fields witch is a good thing i guess…after im done with this im probobly going to go try sus 500 go look it up its supost to be so good that its going ilegal in about a month…

this product is real good i recently got a gym membership 1 week ago today and i have been up there everyday jogging for 20plus minutes at a time and lifting for more than 45 minutes i started benching 90lbs the first day 12 times and 5 days later i was benching 180lbs 12 times the best part is i still only weigh 130lbsi forgot them one day before a work out and could job for only 6 minutes and barely lift the product really does work.

I Purcahsed this product for about 80 bucks. The 120 count. Now It says on the bottle you gain muscle. It also causes fat loss. So Some people should check thier fat to muscle ratio rather than the scale. I personally Weigh 165 lbs. But Its solid dense wieght verses a mixture. This means I gained about 7 lbs of Muscle, and lost about 5lbs of fat. For a final Gain of 2lbs. I am Ripped, and My bench is up from 205 to 250 in 4 weeks. Hell, this may even be illegal. Here’s the trick. Take a 6 a day. It say 2 to 3 twice daily. But some of us being wiery on did two pills twice a day. Try three and repost.

I took 2 bottles of this stuff. First off let me say that I did not gain a crazy amount of weight like 15-20lbs like some people say they did while on this. I gained 5 lbs. My muscles have become more hard too. I realize that everyone has different experiances, but unfortunalty I did not get that kinda gain. My diet consisted of roughly 3500 calories per day with about 300 grams of protein per day. What I did notice though is that I could lift TONS more then before. I will be experimenting with Universal M Stak and Stak 2, you know, stacking the Staks, see how that works. lol Overall this is a pretty good product, if Universal doesnt get better results i will definitly come back to this Like i said before everyone recats differently to certain things, best thing you can do is try it. Id recommend it to anyone of my friends

I just got done with a 7 weeks cycle of Methyl 1-D and I gained 23 pound of solid muscle, and gained %35 in strength. Methyl 1-D boost my testosterone which is good for gaining muscle, I feel leaner, bigger, and stronger. I would definitely recommend taking something like Novedex or Formadrol after your 4 to 8 weeks cycle, and also take 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound something that have low calories and carbohydrates during the day and for post work out. Taking in a lot of carbohydrates early in the day is necessary to give your body sufficient energy during the day, and give your muscles a good pump during your work out. I would also recommend taking something like milk thistle or alovera juice when you are taking something this strong to protect your liver and also a good natural multivitamin. Brian []

I’ve been on methyl 1-D and also stacking with legal gears i-gh-1 for about 2 and a half weeks and gained a little bit in size but nothing like all the hype about it, but my strength has definitly gone up. i also havent noticed any side efects. im doing a 6 week cycle and if i still havent gained much size after that im going to look around for some different stuff

Methyl 1-D is definately effective. I’ve seen people on some forums talking down on it, but something tells me they have no clue. One guy said it’s nothing other than DHEA–what? I haven’t noticed too much effect on definition but the increase in strength and mass is profound. I’d say around 3 times what it is without it, maybe more. As a lot of others said; if it doesn’t work for you learn how to lift and take more protein.

You must know what you are doing with your diet and routine. I’ve watched this stuff get HUGE gains for 4 of my friends. First…EAT ALOT and eat WELL. Lean protein and clean calories. Lay off the grease and junk as much as you can. Protein shakes are a good way to up your calories without filling up too much. If you want to get big you can’t be afraid to eat! Second, lift often and heavy, but DO NOT lift every day!! A 4 or 5 day lifting cycle with 2/3 days on, day off, 2 days on. Working out too much doesn’t allow your muscles to recover, obviously very important for getting big. Last, if you want to get cut, you need to do cardio. Do it in a 10 minute intense set 2 out of your 4/5 days in the gym. Don’t do it on your off day!

This is a great product for someone looking for significant strength gains, i used 2 bottles of this stuff with I gh 1 and I gained 12 pounds with my diet eating about 3000 calories a day. My maxs went up quite a bit in 8 weeks. bench from 225 to 260, squat from 265 to 315, curls from 40 to 50, push press from 145 to 175. The only bad thing was i had a little more anger than usual but overall a great product

I’ve been using Methyl 1-D off and on for about 4 months and stacking with I-GH-1. I’ve gained about 15 pounds and lost 4 inches off my waist, I think this product is great not quite as good as Android was but I do recommend it if you’re serious about lifting. If you’ve seen no resulsts I’d say you need to either learn how to lift or stick to running and calistetics. Thanks LG.

Well ive been on it for a week and a half now. Ive used alot of supplements before and this one far surpasses anything ive used. Im taking only 4 caps a day.. eating 22-2300 calories daily. Lifing heavy 5 times a week, and ive gained 3 pounds, but im getting more cut than i ever have before. I recommend it only to serious lifters who want to dedicate time lifting and eating healthy.

Without alot of protein u r just waisting your time. I’ve taken more than 5 cycles of real steriods and methyl 1-d works almost as well, but without the bitch tits. since I was 15 I didnt know much about what is out there about supplements.Ive always worked out,didnt know how to get bigger,stronger,cut,etc. Ive tried everything,cell tech harcore to straight up protein and every thing else,Ive tried holodrol to arimatest and some other stuff,I have had some good results from them but all those compared is the same to me as one months supply of methyl 1-D and methyl does even better,I was stronger than i have ever been in my life,cut,bigger muscles etc, than those and other that I didnt mention on methyl.no joke,I’m going to be a bouncer and I know for a fact im going back to methyl 1-D,if you tried it and dont notice a dramatic result,you are not doing something right,its late,….peace,im off to bed
