Miracle Garcinia Cambogia Reviews
Recently, garcinia cambogia has become the new diet pill darling. Products featuring extracts from this pumpkin-like fruit are quickly filling health supplement stores and weight loss websites.
One such product is Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. This garcinia cambogia diet pill assures consumers it will help them lose weight and feel great.
Despite the growing popularity of garcinia cambogia, I’m still skeptical about the results promised by Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. So I did some digging to learn if this product is reliable for weight loss.
What Does Miracle Garcinia Cambogia Claim?
Although weight loss is the primary effect promised from using Miracle Garcinia Cambogia, the product’s other claims can help determine how it achieves that weight loss.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia claims its ingredients keep fat from forming and storing through inhibiting the citrate lyase enzyme. Elsewhere the product website says it can manage the hormone cortisol. Miracle Garcinia Cambogia even promises to increase serotonin levels to enhance sleep and boost mood.
Both cortisol and citrate lyase are closely tied to metabolism and fat production. If Miracle Garcinia Cambogia does affect them, it may indeed be a strong weight loss pill.
What Ingredients Are in Miracle Garcinia Cambogia?
Of course, Miracle Garcinia Cambogia can only deliver these results if its ingredients are up to the task. Unfortunately, Miracle Garcinia Cambogia doesn’t provide a full-ingredient list or a nutrition label.
Without that information, the only known ingredient in Miracle Garcinia Cambogia is garcinia cambogia itself. The garcinia cambogia used in diet products comes from the fruit’s rind. Garcinia cambogia rind is rich in hydroxycitric acid, or HCA. All the claims Miracle Garcinia Cambogia makes about blocking enzymes and managing hormones rely on the potency of hydroxycitric acid.
In numerous studies, hydroxycitric acid has exhibited a variety of effects on weight loss. In 2003, the rats in a study lost weight with the help of hydroxycitric acid. But human studies have not always produced similar results. And scientists still are not clear on how hydroxycitric produces weight loss when it is effective.
Does Miracle Garcinia Cambogia Get Good Reviews?
I found consumer reviews of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia on two websites: MiracleGarciniaCambogia.org and MiracleGarciniaCambogia.net. Collectively, these websites have over 30 reviews of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia.
I quickly noticed that all of these reviews are positive. Even reviews that seemed like they might say something negative quickly turn around and recommend the product.
The overwhelmingly positive nature of these reviews makes me very skeptical about their authenticity. My skepticism only grew as I noticed that each of these websites links back to MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com, the official product website.
In the end, I don’t think these reviews are genuine. I’d be curious to see consumer reviews of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia on independent websites. But until then, I don’t believe the “reviews” I did locate.
How Expensive Is Miracle Garcinia Cambogia?
On MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com, one bottle of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia sells for $48, even though the retail price is listed as $60. Since I can’t find any other website selling this product, this supposed $12 discount doesn’t seem like much of a deal.
A two-month supply of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia costs $98 and comes with one free bottle. For an even lower price per bottle, the website also offers 3 bottles for $148 with two free bottles included.
Those prices are not amazing, especially considering the minimal scientific evidence for the effectiveness of garcinia cambogia and hydroxycitric acid. Plus, refunds are provided only on a case-by-case basis. I’m wary of any diet pill that doesn’t guarantee customers their money back.
Is Miracle Garcinia Cambogia Easy to Use?
For anyone who does order Miracle Garcinia Cambogia, I hope the product comes with clear usage directions because the website is not very clear.
I only found these minimal directions on an obscure part of the website: “The recommended dosage is 500-1000 mg before each meal.” These instructions don’t even make it clear how much garcinia cambogia is in a single capsule. Once again, this product entirely fails to impress me.
Is Miracle Garcinia Cambogia a Good Weight Loss Pill?
No aspect of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia persuades me it’s an effective weight loss pill. An unproven active ingredient hardly justifies a $48 price tag, especially when the product doesn’t come with a money-back guarantee. Without better evidence and feedback, Miracle Garcinia Cambogia bombs as a worthy diet pill. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
