I have tried a variety of RTD shakes and this one is by far the best. I have tried Nitro-Tech Hardcore RTD, and EAS RTD and Muscle Milk is the best tasting and best protein shake that is ready to go. I drink this primarily when I am on the go, or at school and don’t have time to make a shake, they come in handy. I have tried the Chocolate Milk and Cookies and Cream. The Chocolate one is ok, but the Cookies and Cream is delicious! With 31g of Protein in one shake, its perfect for a meal replacement also.

I’m stationed in Iraq right now and have been buying RTD protein since I got here due to there being no good milk. I tried the Myoplex and that tastes like slimfast. Muscle milk rtd i think has the best combo of proteins and vitamins. chocolate milk and mocha joe are the best.

Muscle Milk RTD is overall a very well done protein supplement. Pros… -Tastes amazing. It is one of the best protein shakes (as far as taste) out there. -It gives you more than protein (ex/vitamins, healthy fats.) -There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from, which is a bonus. -Convenient meal replacement. Cons… -Sometimes it is not all the way mixed, and I could taste the “lean lipids” on a couple of occasions. -Expensive. You’re better off buying a full jug of this stuff if you want a lot of it. Overall… 8 1/2 out of 10

I think that for a busy bodybuilder like myself, MM RTD is excellent. Sometimes when I am on the road and need my “fix”, this stuff is perfect. The taste for an RTD shake is second to none and the quality is also good. Myplex tastes like nursing home soup, but Muscle Milk RTD is drinkable.

I have been using Muscle Milk and Muscle Milk Light RTD’s for almost half a year. The pros are that they taste great, provide a balanced formula and a good amount of protein. The big cons is high sugars, fats, and calories. I buy my regular chocolate ones at [] and the lights online at []. Great for those looking to add weight, not perfect for those looking to lose weight and build muscle. Total 8/10
