There are two companies with the name Muscle Pharm and both sell a product called “Assault”. When you search for this product online, make sure you look for information on the product pictured here so it will be accurate.

Ingredients in Muscle Pharm Assault

The main ingredients in Muscle Pharm Assault are Creatine, Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Arginine, and Suma Root.

The creatine that Muscle Pharm Assault uses is a 5 gram mixture of Creatine Ethyl Ester, CreaPure, and Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. These types of creatine are better than the standard Creatine Monohydrate. They have better absorption and are less likely to cause side effects.

Beta Alanine (3 grams) can give you more endurance. Citrulline Malate (2 grams) enhances performance and delays fatigue. Arginine (3 grams) promotes nutrient delivery and better vascularity. Suma Root has been called “Russia’s best kept secret”. It is a plant-based steroid-alternative.

The Pros of Muscle Pharm Assault

• Many of the ingredients in Muscle Pharm Assault have been clinically proven to be effective and safe. They are often used in other safe, effective pre-workout supplements, which is usually a good sign.
• The manufacturer has disclosed doses for most of the main ingredients so you can see how much is used.
• You can find more than 180 customer reviews of Muscle Pharm Assault online. These can be helpful because they give you an unbiased perspective on how well, or if, the product works.
• Users who like Muscle Pharm Assault say that it increased their endurance, gave them bigger pumps, and helped build muscle.
• The lowest online price for 40 servings of Muscle Pharm Assault is $24.

The Cons of Muscle Pharm Assault

• The manufacturer claims that Muscle Pharm Assault has been scientifically proven to improve workout performance, increase blood flow, increase muscle strength, etc… The ingredients in the supplement may be clinically proven to produce those effects, but we never seen a product that has been proven.
• We were unable to find complete ingredient information online.
• The average rating that Muscle Pharm Assault received from online customer reviews is 7.9 out of 10. This is good, but we have seen better. Many users said that this product was too expensive, too weak, or caused upset stomach.
• You may not be able to find a retailer who offers a money back guarantee if you aren’t satisfied with the product. Official retailers are usually the ones who will offer a money back guarantee, but we cannot find the official website for this supplement.

Our Opinion

The main ingredients that Muscle Pharm Assault uses are some of the best for enhancing workout performance, endurance, and muscle gains. However, this may not be the best pre-workout supplement to use.

It does not disclose complete ingredient information. It may cause side effects. And it may not work for everyone. Of course, no supplement will work for every person who uses it, which is why we like retailers that offer money back guarantees. The retailers for Muscle Pharm Assault do not.

We suggest that you look at pre-workout supplements that offer more information about the ingredients used, that are safe, and that come guaranteed so you can try them risk free.

my opinion , sentisaon is the key. It is how the muscles feel. Now I don’t use light weights, I use manageable weights. This means, I try to use a heavier and heavier tool and accomplish the same form. So, I do challenge myself with weight, but not at the expense of my form. I like the 12, 10 , 8 , 6. I tend to stay higher, 14-15, down to 8. But again, I am using weights, that I can use with a high degree of control while placing my body in a specific posture that will target

Hi vic, I recently waechtd a couple of your videos and one question still remain in my mind. Are you always doing these reps to failure? This kinda looks like endurance to me. So how do you manage to gain weight while doing endurance? I have been working for almost 2 year now and i’ve always trained with reps . My goal is actually to get more mass so ex: shoulder press i do like 12 10 8 6. I’m sure that you can answer this. Thx to answer and have a nice day

I absolutely love this stuff! Great taste, beta alanine rushes and extreme energy. The only downside to Assault is that it is not very cost effective. I can get it for $38 – $40 but only get around 20 servings which isn’t bad compared to $70 at GNC. If you can afford it, this stuff works!

I have tried Jack3d, Xpand, Maximize, Superpump, and Mesomorph.
For a long time, I liked Jack3d the best.
But after trying MusclePharm Assault, it is hands down, the best. Mesomorph is like 35-40 minutes, which is a little too much planning for me. Jack3d is 15 minutes out, which is nice. Assault is 20 minutes. I drink it in the car on the way to the gym. I soon feel the Beta alanine tingles even more than Jack3d, and literally begin shouting at the weights I’m going to destroy when I arrive.
Assault is a better rush, and better pump than Jack3d.
Flavor is good too (I had green apple). Little more pricey, about 10 bucks more than Jack3d, but well worth it. I will buy again.

Could be better

When I first saw the advertisements for this product I thought” Nice only one scoop needed!” Then I found out why, the scoop enclosed is the size of most protein powder scoops. After the disappointment of that I dug in and shook up. The effects came fast(about 15-20 min, but the intensity wore off about 45 minutes into my routine. the price was OK I had found it on a couple of sites for $30-35 pre-shipping costs and contains about 20-25 servings or more if you only go with 1/2 scoop. I have finished the entire tub and will probably not order another. I gave myself 1 full week of down time before taking this supplement. You may or may not get better results if you are just starting or have been off stimulants for a while. I will leave that decision to to you, as for me I am going back to Cellucor’s C4, had great results with that product!
