I have tried NO Explode, Black Powder, Super pump and the new Anadrhaulic state. This is in mytop two favorites. Try grape if taste is the problem, kinda taste like whine. The grains in Muscle rush are more potent then the other (being powder) This is the first pre workout drink that I felt less gittery, and had significant gains in strenght. I have been on diff. supplements for about 5 years on and off, I rreview these posts daily, and this is the first time I felt strongly enough about one to write my own review. If you are looking for strenght gains and muscle gains give it a try.

This was the first product that I have started to use when I began to work out. I have also used Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex APS – Creamy Vanilla with Muscle rush and went from 145lbs. to about 175 lbs in about a 8 month period. Muscle rush has a good taste to it (fruit punch the one I used) but it also comes in grape, sometimes the formula would not mix well with the water and not dissolve completely, and it also gave me more acne on my face when I was using this product.

Crazy Stamina!

I have used NOx9 Hardcore for about 2 months as my pre-workout supplement and never really felt the burst I needed, so when I was running out I went to re-up and looked to try something else and plus try some Creatine for the first time. The sales guy recommended this stuff over NOx9 and MRI Black Powder. He said I would get the same results as a stand alone Creatine Powder, and the other two combined plus some! I was skeptical, but I figured I would save money by getting it all in this one supplement. I was so glad I took his advice! I do P90X, which involves an hour of nonstop high intensity cardio or lifting each day, but my problem was always my stamina to get all I thought I should out of my workouts. But after one scoop of this 30 minutes before my workout I noticed halfway through where I normally start praying for some extra energy to make it through that I was surprised to realize that I wasn’t even looking for a second wind! An hour intense workout non stop was the result. And afterwards I felt like I could go on for about another hour with no problem. This stuff just cant be fair in comparison to other supplements I have tried, and made my usual workout seem a little too easy. I am sure my gains will come because my workouts are already much better. You cannot deny the more you put into a workout the better your results will be. And this stuff helps you to accomplish just that! All that being said, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to combine and energy booster with a good helping of Creatine in it all in one! By the way the grape flavor taste pretty good to me.

Got a great deal on it since nobody had bought it at my local store yet. It tastes like grape kool-ade but some of the crystals don’t dissolve. I didn’t feel the pump like with Black Powder but my focus and muscle strength and endurance were significantly better. Not amazing but worth it if you find it for cheap.

Taste is a little rough (I use the fruit punch)–but if you just down it at one time it’s not bad. There isn’t a huge “pump” but it works. I lift more, feel great, and don’t have the nervousness or stomach ache. This is more of a 4-5 hour smooth “up” then a mad man attack. Price needs to be cut by $10-20 for this to compete with the brand names. It works and is probably perfect for the average workout warrior–the elite lifter probably won’t like it.

This product has a disgusting taste. I have more energy drinking a cup of coffee before my work out. The pump is non existent. I would recomment sticking with BSN’s noxplode. Much more effective supplement.

Great pre workout

So far I tried NO explode, muscle rush, black powder, and super pump for preworkouts. Muscle rush has by far been the best. When I am at the gym I only want to hit the weights. Sometimes I even catch my self rushing my friends to finish their sets so I can jump in and lift. Great product. Best pre workout Ive ever taken.

I have tried this product for 2 weeks and have done my usual workouts and have gotten so results with this product…not only that but the taste of it was bad too..if you want something that works try using Nitrotech..that brings excellent results if you can put down the taste

Different From EVERYTHING Else

I’m one of those people who has tried almost every big name pre/post workout supplement stack in GNC/Vitamin Shoppe and some work better than others, but the margin of differences is small. I’ve now been on the ADS stack of Muscle Rush, Muscle Generator, Lean Muscle Builder, and the Complete Meal Replacement packs and this is honestly the most effective supplement stack I have ever taken. HERE IS THE REASON: I find that Muscle Rush (and ADS’s other products) are the only supplements that truly tell you exactly how much of every single ingredient is in each blend. Muscle Rush hides nothing. Other pre workout supplements taste better such as Cytocell, Black Powder, SuperPump 250, and No-Xplode, however the effectiveness is not as good. Muscle Rush gives you a strong, sustained energy level without the sickness/headache/jitters and other stimulant inducing side effects of its competitors. The only cons I find with Muscle Rush is that it is a bit on the pricey side, and it is hard to find. As of now, the only place I have been able to find Muscle Rush is in select GNC stores. Bodybuilding.com and the Vitamin Shoppe do not carry any ADS products. Overall, an excellent pre workout product and stacks very well with other ADS products
