Im currently following the EAS’s Body-for-Life plan, and that plan “reccomends” having 3 Myoplex/day, as well as 3 wholesome meals. Im 18 years old and currently 173 pounds at 13% bodyfat. My goal is in the next month to drop down to 167 and get my body fat to 10%. I enjoy the Myoplex original shakes, however since I caddy at a local golf course, I needed a more portable meal replacement. There are for some reason no Myoplex original bars, only Myoplex Delux and Myoplex Lite. Since I usually have a big hunger and I’m male, I decided to try out the Delux bars. Like all chocolate bars, I figured out they melt and warp very easily. They also are loaded with too much saturated fat to have three times a day, once a day may be fine though. Personally I enjoy Big 100 bars, even though they have more carbs and less protien, simply because they wont melt like this snickers knock-off will
