This is a caffeine pill with some creatine and amino acids in it and a bunch of chinese/other herbal extracts with largely alleged and unproven weight loss or thermogenic effects etc..
-Schisandra is supposedly a liver purifier..
-Paeonia lactiflora is a chinese muscular antispasmodic..
-Monarda fistulosa is american wild bergamot.. red-indian antiseptic ..
-Eucommia is chinese joint pain medicine
Other ingredients .. rapeseed, barley leaf, watercress, alfalfa and bilberry extract…
All this is generally useless..
Ok it does the job of perking you up before the gym ..that’s the caffeine and creatine… and no way is this worth more than $5 a bottle for production purposes..
You’re far far better off buying creatine and anhydrous caffeine for your pre-gym shake …
BTW I didn’t buy it .. got it as a gift

I found a promotion add for this stuff in a muscle mag, and to humor myself i decided to read it. Im sorry, but weather the product works or not, the add does nothing but insult the readers intelligence by stringing unecessary words together to make it sound effective. For example: “HSPs help entwist singular strands of amino acids into functional 3-d forms.” Are you trying to tell me that they were two dimensional before they “entwist”?? and dont forget that “Key compound triggers biochemical mechanisims that trigger an insane increase in strength and HSP activation.” ??????! Im sorry but i would hope no one is ignorant enough to gobble that up. Im not out to attack this product, just trying to distinguish the truth from the false. Im sure this product provides energy as does any preworkout supplement (creatine,carbohydrate,ect.) but the fact is that there is no such thing as “Shockingly powerfull biological regulators, Heat Shock Proteins(HPS)” and there is definately NOT a “Hyper growth mode!” what are we robots? My recomendation is not to waste your money on this product because even if it does the job of getting you “pumped” lots of products do the same without wasting your time with scientifically claiming lies. Furthermore if it keeps you in the gym for 3-4 hours at a time, not only are you overtraining, you are not likely to be training intensely enough to stimulate anything other than a yawn. My question is: can anyone who has used this back this up in an intelligent way?

Great Pre-workout pill, very complete

MyoShock helps to give users that extra “umph” to not physically get in the gym but to take the intensity level while working out up a notch also. I have used many pre-workout supplements for the past 6-7 years when they first flooded the market, and was always drawn away from pill forms due to delivery time.. but this amps me up pretty quickly. (probably due to the 400 plus mgs of caffine, which isnt all bad if keep under control and taken periodically) i also like the HSP (heat shock protein) side as well, this relatively new category of muscle building supps will increase the thermic effect within the muscle cell, which will also make your post-workout protein work slighty better as well.. so take home message here is that this works good on its own, but great when stacked with a high-amino protein

So I just started training for boxing a few weeks ago and grabbed some myoshock hsp for my training and I must say the first time it did nothing but realized that it took 3 hours to kick in….I have a very high tolerance towards caffeine so when I used it the second time it totally boosted me up not only did I feel hyper from the caffiene but my muscles actually in larged while I was working out…may sound funny but it doesn’t take much for me to gain muscle I usually see results from just one night without any supplement or drinks…just wanted the boost and quick results. This stuff isn’t for everyone but if your body reacts to workouts like mine it’s perfect! If willing to wait 3-4 hours for the workout it’s self. Could do this everyday if had the time.
Like I said try a sample see how it effects you and go from there cause thier isn’t one muscle supplement on this world that could work for everyone, people react to different things far to much. Try it out and feel the burn!
