I’ve been taking Sterol Complex for about 3 weeks. My lean body mass is up about 4 lbs, and fat is down a little too. I’m just not sure if these results will stay after i discontinue the supplement.

I tried this product about 10 years ago when I was 19. I used only a small 10 day supply bottle. By the end of the first week I went to church Sunday morning and all my friends whom I would see once a week all told me I looked “different” and “bigger” They did not know I was taking this. Im guessing its estrogens making you retain water. I looked great and felt strong as hell. Its good if u wanna look fuller fast but who knows what kind of sexual sideffects it may have in the long run with prolonged use. I am balding from hereditary unrelated reasons and I stay away from any product that messes with female hormones or DHT blockers(hair re-growth procucts). A lot of low priced “anabolic steroid alternatives” make u believe they are boosting your testosterone levels when they are really messing with estrogens that make you retain water, thus giving you a quick “pumped” fuller look. But overall, yes, it works for quick size.
