Neogenix Supremacy is a testosterone boosting supplement designed to naturally and safely raise levels of testosterone without using any illegal steroids or harmful prohormones. We’ve heard this promise before from supplements that never deliver. But after looking over Neogenix Supremacy’s formula, we began to wonder if they could really pull it off. To find out if this blend was truly effective, we examined each ingredient individually.

Neogenix Supremacy’s Ingredients

As we picked apart this formula, these were the compounds that caught our eye:

Urtica Diocia:
Also known as stinging nettle extract, Urtica Diocia contains a compound called 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran. This ingredient has been shown to bind itself to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). By occupying SHBG, the body gains access to more bio-available testosterone. Without SHBG, testosterone can easily bind to receptor sites, triggering anabolic effects throughout the body.

Cissus Quadrangularis:
Though not directly related to testosterone boosting, Cissus Quadrangularis is used to strengthen muscle fibers, tendons, ligaments, and bones. It protects the bodies against the stresses of intense workouts while also reducing catabolic hormones.

Indole-3-Carbinol:
This compound has been put to great use as a cancer-fighter and an antioxidant in several formulas but it has also showed promise as a means of suppressing estrogen. Studies have indicated that Indole-3-Carbinol can make estrogen metabolites less active. With less active estrogen, more testosterone can be produced and more anabolic reactions can be experienced in the body.

Coleus Forskohlii:
This extract doesn’t boost testosterone but has been shown to help trigger the growth of lean muscle mass. In addition, Coleus Forskohlii can help the body better circulate its hormones and improve their utilization.

Vitex Agnus:
Studies have suggested that this compound can help the pituitary release more luteinizing hormones (LH). LH is the chemical messenger the body uses to signal more testosterone production in the testes.

From the ingredients listed above, we have determined that Neogenix Supremacy should be a fairly effective supplement. It’s not the most comprehensive testosterone booster out there but it has more approaches than most of its competition. In all, Neogenix Supremacy doesn’t blow us away but it is a solid product overall. If some of the more expensive T-boosters haven’t worked for you, this may be a great option worth exploring.
