I tried the product about every other day, mostly on my legs. I’m not sure whether or not it performed as claimed, but my skin turned a little red with the application. This could be from capillaries opening up or more blood-flow to the skin. I’m not sure. But I DO know that it didn’t hurt my workout. It’s hard to tell about my recovery time. Perhaps it helped some. It’s difficult to really know for sure. If you ask me, “Dude, did it help?”. My reply would be,”Maybe?”.

used it on mainly chest back and arms. thought it worked great felt great pumps where ever it was sprayed on, stacked it with methyl 1d and got great results
