Within 10 mins of taking shotgun i could feel the vein bulging up my forearms. This will make you never want to leave the gym. I train 5 days a week for atleast 90mins a day. When i work out with my lifting buddies from school they have to drag me out of the gym. I love this product! use Anabolic Halo by muscletech for your post supplement if you want to have same ethic i do.

Great pump at gym notice better strength first use. Great taste. I notice my body got use to other pre workout supplements, but use this for three weeks and I still get great Pump.

first of all this is an NO type product that is supposed to increase pumps. the scientific basis for this hypothesis is not well thought out and is disprovable. so far the best pump ive gotten from a supplement is not legal in this country. still NO Shotgun is a great product because it has four great ingredients in one supplement that other companies sell seperatly. though if you want more of an ingredient you can purchase it and add small amounts, that is very cost effecient. i add more bcaas, which lets me keep a few more pills in the bottle every month, saving money. the supp also has creatine, citrulline, and beta alanine. that will help you train with a given weight longer and more often which will speed up progress. the taste is not terrible. it is like drinking pure aspartame. luckily it is very potent so you dont have to drink much
