I’ve been using ZMA for a month now. I wanted something to boost my testosterone, but that was safe. The great thing about ZMA is that it doesn’t increase your natural testosterone levels, just keeps what you have always boosted to the max. Anyone can try andro, but who wants boobs. ZMA is all natural and so far the only side effects I’ve seen is a little bit of acne(hormones always raging) for the first two weeks, but I think I’ve adjusted now. I take 3 before bed and 2 in the morning as well on training days. I’m stacking this with a mass gainer, L-Glutamine, and Nitrix, but ever since I started the ZMA I’ve added .5″ to my arms and almost 2″ to my chest. Definitely give it a try.
