Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex
Pro Complex Reviews
Pro Complex is a “muscle building protein mix.” This product boasts of “over 14000mg of BCAAs per serving, 10,000mg of Glutamine and precursors, a comprehensive blend of vitamins and essential minerals, 250mg of the patented digestive enzyme Aminogen in every serving…” and much, much more. Pro Complex combines 8 sources of protein to utilize the distinct amino acid profiles that unique proteins have to offer. This system is meant to “enhance your muscle-building potential.” According to the manufacturer “each serving of Pro Complex is packed with 60 grams of the highest quality proteins commercially available.”
The ingredients in the Pro Complex formulation are listed as follows: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Glutamine Peptides, L-Leucine, Egg Albumin, Whey Peptides, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Cocoa (Processed With Alkali), Natural And Artificial Flavors, Lecithin, Aminogen®, Vitamin/Mineral Blend (Ascorbic Acid, Maltodextrin, D-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate, Niacinamide, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Chromium Polynicotinate, Riboflavin, Thiamin Mononitrate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Biotin, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin), Salt, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, and Lactase. There is an allergen warning that state that Pro Complex contains milk, egg, and soy and as well as wheat ingredients. This product has not been evaluated by the FDA.
Overall Pro Complex has gotten rave reviews from consumers. The taste is questionable but the results are solid. Most bodybuilders that have tried Pro Complex have stayed loyal to it. As a matter of fact the only complaints we encountered were in regard to price and taste, never muscle-building results. If you have a sensitive stomach you might want to find something a little more flavorful. If you are hardcore then this is definitely a protein supplement that can give you mass gains. Your individual results can only be determined by your own diet and exercise regimen and body chemistry but Pro Complex is definitely worth a try. We have not issue recommending this product at this time.

I have tried many other protein powders to try and save a buck or two….and I have tried to find something that would even compare in quality such as taste, calorie, fat and carb content. Not to mention the ton of BCAA’s, digestive enzymes and vitamins & minerals which make this a powerhouse of proteins…..but there is a reason I keep buying this one every month and use it daily….I simply haven’t found one that can beat it. Don’t get me wrong, there are some very good proteins out on the market also made by ON and several other compamies as well….not to mention other good sources of protein such as: rice, hemp, soy, beef derived and goat milk as well….but in my experience I have seen better results with Pro Complex from the Bovine/Egg derived blends than others on the market.
