I purchased this because it was low carb and moderate protein for a great price. Truly a fantastic tasting protein(chocolate) and quality whey for the price. I’ve experienced good gains on this product and with a little peanut butter mixed in it give a nice thin texture (without peanut butter I found it was a little frothy). Overall, I would give this about a 9/10.
