ProSupps advertises I-Focus, its newest health supplement, as a “high powered focal agonist.” Basically, ProSupps I-Focus contains concentrated ingredients targeted at improving mental focus.

And, at less than $2 per serving, ProSupps I-Focus is cheaper than a brand-name cup of coffee—something that millions of people rely on to get themselves going every day.

Based on its advertising and price, ProSupps I-Focus could be an inexpensive coffee alternative. In fact, ProSupps I-Focus’s many natural ingredients offer many advantages coffee does not.

Still, because ProSupps I-Force is a new and unique health supplement, it deserves to be scrutinized for effectiveness.

What’s In ProSupps I-Focus?

With more than 20 ingredients, ProSupps I-Focus is intended to enhance thinking, clarity, mood, focus, and even mild anxiety. An up-close investigation of some ProSupps I-Focus ingredients reveals how well it produces those results.

Caffeine
Caffeine is a well-known central nervous system stimulant. Its effects on cognition include more efficient information processing and increased attention span. [1]

Bacopa Monnieri
Bacopa monnieri is an herb used to enhance memory. [2] Studies involving bacopa monnieri supplementation show improvements in important brain functions, especially after 12 weeks of use. [3] [4] But, doctors warn bacopa causes drug interactions. So, bacopa may not be safe for people taking medications. [2]

Lion’s Mane Mushroom
Lion’s mane mushrooms have inspired several recent studies because they contain chemicals that stimulate nerve growth. [5] One study showed lion’s mane mushrooms decreased cognitive impairment at a total daily dose of 3,000 mg. [6] Another study showed this mushroom reduced anxiety and depression. [7]

Inositol
Inositol is a naturally-occurring, vitamin-like chemical. Some people use inositol to treat mental conditions like panic attacks, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, or ADHD. [8] A 12-gram dose of inositol reduced depression in one study. But, these scientists acknowledged follow-up studies are needed. [9]

Rhodiola Rosea
Rhodiola rosea extract is often studied as a fatigue and stress reducer. [10] One such study indicates rhodiola rosea decreases fatigue in stressful situations when taken for at least 2 weeks. [11]

These 5 ProSupps I-Focus ingredients are strongly connected to thinking, memory, and energy enhancement, or reducing stress, fatigue, and anxiety. That means ProSupps I-Focus could have quite a few positive effects on brain function.

Unfortunately, ProSupps I-Focus contains unknown dosages of these ingredients since they’re all included in proprietary blends. Proprietary blends make it hard to determine safety and efficacy of ingredients.

How Is ProSupps I-Focus Used?

Because it jumpstarts mental alertness, ProSupps I-Focus should be taken in the morning. Consume 2 capsules with breakfast.

The effects may subside after 8 hours. So, if desired, a second 2-capsule dose can be taken 8 hours after the first. However, this is not required.

Where Can ProSupps I-Focus Be Purchased?

Currently, ProSupps I-Focus is available only on ProSupps.com. The price is $59.99 for 60 capsules. For people who take only 1 dose per day, this supply lasts 30 days.

Can ProSupps I-Focus Be Returned?

ProSupps.com accepts returns on health supplements within 30 days of purchase. But, only unopened products are eligible for return. So, consumers who aren’t satisfied with ProSupps I-Focus after trying it unfortunately cannot get a refund or exchange it for another supplement.

Pros of ProSupps I-Focus

ProSupps I-Focus has a lot going for it. Here’s a quick review:

• It contains natural, tested ingredients.
• It has a strong but safe caffeine dosage.
• It has a low cost per serving.

Cons of ProSupps I-Focus

The following not-so-great aspects cannot be overlooked when assessing ProSupps I-Focus:

• It cannot be returned once it’s been opened.
• Its effects may wear off later in the day.
• Its ingredients are in proprietary blends.

Does ProSupps I-Focus Improve Mental Clarity?

The ingredients list for ProSupps I-Focus is impressive. It contains ingredients that enhanced many aspects of cognition in human trials. And, with caffeine, ProSupps I-Focus is also a trustworthy energy booster.

Of course, ProSupps I-Focus only contains proprietary blends, which could minimize the efficacy of some ingredients. And, unfortunately, ProSupps doesn’t allow consumers to return I-Focus if they don’t feel it is effective.

Still, ProSupps I-Force seems like a health supplement capable of living up to its advertising. Consequently, it may be worth purchasing to test it for yourself.
