Good but with side effect

I decided to try this product because a co-worker gave me a free sample of it. We’re both currently deployed to Iraq and have plenty of time to workout. I took drank the sample. The taste was ok, nothing spectacular. I had a great workout. However I developed a side effect that I don’t know if it was the Purple Wrath or from lunch. About an hour after working out I developed a stomach ache, and then from 8pm until I got up the next morning at 630am I had to run to the bathroom about every hour and a half due to diaherea. I can’t say for sure that it was the Purple Wrath, but I can’t think of what else it could be since I didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary from my normal diet. Different supplements work differently for everyone. This is just my opinion. I did have a good workout, I just experience a side effect that tore me up pretty good. I won’t use this product again, but that doesn’t mean that it won’t work for you.

I became interested in PW after hearing so much rave about it online. I decided to try a sample and was very pleased. I did not get the “tingle” feeling some others mentioned, but did have a great workout and felt much better the next day. If you are looking for an intra workout supplement, you can’t go wrong with Controlled Labs Purple Wraath!

A staple for any lifter

An excellent product that does exactly what it should. I never felt “the tingle” that some users get with beta alanine, but it is smart to start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1-2 scoops. If you get all flushed, dont worry, thats the niacin. use less next time. awesome product you will make real gains!

i take purple wraath everyday i work out and i love it! i get a tingle all over my body especially on my head when i saqueeze it.
