I can honestly say that recreate is worth whatever you pay for it. i’m not really over weight, about 5’8 and 78-80kg, but still carry a bit of abdominal flab which is hard to shed, i tried hydroxycut and found little to no change after a whole bottle, but while in sydney i went into a body building store and the guy told me about recreate, so i bought a bottle to try it. after two weeks my stomach had flattened off and i started to see an outline of my abs. it also gave me heaps of energy that remained constant rather than hit a point and crash. if you are really over weight or just looking for something to help shed that last bit of flab recreate is definately worth a shot. i felt obliged to post a review because i was so shocked(and happy) by the results. hope this helps and good luck.

Well I know everyone is a sceptic when it comes to fat burners including myself. I have used Recreate on and off for 3 months with unreal results. I had a regular doctors opointement, got my weight (was verry unhappy) made a new visit in three months. A few days afterthe first visit I bought a bottle and started using it. After a few weeks I thought i was loosing weight but I also thought it was in my head. Finish the first bottle and I started to think my jeans were loose, again i thought it was in my head and my jeans just broke in and streched. Went a week or ten days before i got another bottle just because I liked the amount of energy it gave me thats it. Took the second bottle the same as I did the first, two pills in the morning and one to two pills at around two in the afternoon depending if I felt like I was dragging or not. Well my doctors visit came up after I had finished my second bottle (two bottles in three months) and I was down 26 lbs. my doctor was very happy about the weight loss but told me my blood pressure wus up, I have no idea weather it was from the Recreate or just stress. But in my opinion it is the only fat burner that actually works and I have tryed them all. Remember i am not a rep for Recreate nor a workout fan I am your average guy that works in a office for a living. I hope this helps others who want something that really works but everyone reacts differently to everything so i will not say it will even work for you this is just what it did for me. I am serouse about the fact that i do not work for or have any affiliation with the company that makes Recreate I live in the U.P. of Michigan for god sakes.

more intense in gym able to get going with more weight,
makes me relaxed but as a side effect its helping with my asthma and allergies causing inflamation,the inflamation i had made it hard to sleep pain in my legs recreate eliminates this! general well
being heightened, also sleep better. I only take a 1/3 of a capsule morning & maybe 1/3 at afternoon. any more makes me sleepy also take jacked 1/2 scoop in water bottle drink couple sips before i work out & my workout are intense no kiddin even at low dose. everyone is different this is my experience.
