This product is amazing, it gives me great energy and power in the gym, my muscles tighten and set after set I'm just destroying the gym, only for serious bodybuilders with dedication, cuz no product alone can get you built, it requires a solid diet, protien and proper supplementation. Not for the average bench press joe, well worth it in my view and experience
