I used this product for the duration of one bottle, and did notice results. It helps keep bloat down, energy up, and helped with lean muscle. I was able to max out on my push ups with the military, doing more than most of the males with a "normal" workout schedule. I am not a gym fanatic, but if you were I think you would see substantial results.
