I have been taking this product 5 pills a day before bed. First of all i could not sleep at all when i'm on it. In the gym there is no noticable difference. There is no rage or crazy gains. It has gotten me cut and thats about it. I do not recommend it. It does not live up to the 1AD.

I used this product and noticed effects that could be contibuted to an increase in testosterone levels, although small at that. Based purely on these effects and their minor nature, I'm not sure that the product is worth $35 or more. I've used 6 Oxo twice and was lucky to have had two cholesterol tests after each cycle of use. My concern is that each time I used this supplement, I saw a drop in my "Good" cholesterol (HDL) by a significant amount. (35 dropped to 10 in one and 34 dropped to 23 over a two year period). Since serum cholesterol usually takes years to change significantly unless you make life changes (like switching to oat bran for breakfast every day), I'm concerned that this might be an effect of the 6 Oxo. I would be interested to find out if anyone else reports something similar.
