I'm a 5'7 140 pound freshman. I've been working out for about 2 years and so I got pretty big. recently I tried taking AKG for recovery and to try to get some gains... I lifted for a period of 3 months and took AKG for a period of 10 days and gained 5 pounds of muscle. I took this supplement because its very inexpensive. The brand I use is Twinlab. In my opinion this supplement is worth the money, it made my energy level go up during work outs and definitely made my strength go up. The only side affect I got from it was I ran out of AKG and therefore my immune system weakened so I got a cold.... but then again that's my fault for just suddenly stopping to take it. I've been thinking about taking some ZMA supplements and stacking it with cell tech.
