this product worked well for me... the dose 6 pills i felt was to much so i cut it down to 3 before workout and 3 after.. the results were not amazing but noticed a difference in how well i recovered and my energy level...

there is a lot of negativity surrounding muscletech products, but prototype does work wonders. i work for muscletech and know for a fact that prototype contains pre-digested aminos. most of the other companies simply sell pressed protein tablets. i admit that a lot of mt products are too hyped up, but not this one.

Lets first get some things strait, without proper training and adequate protein intake, you wont put on muscle...... -ok, here we go- 1 serving of Pro216 contains 6 pills and is taken 15 minutes pre-workout. I have used other amino tablets before and have had better results and spent less money (optimum nutrition Amino2222). There is alot of hype about this product, and for me, the results werent anything great, or even good at that. ALTHOUGH AMINO ACIDS ARE NEEDED, MOST PROTEINS HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH IN THEM (Gaspari's Myofusion is excellent) . If that is not enough for you, then do yourself a favor and purchase a less expensive amino pill. Muscletech is selling a name, and the more i try their products, the less i like them, (aside from Anabolic Halo).

Zero side effects, killer taste and easy to swallow. Used for one cycle(Bottle) Shape and hardness increased. One main factor was while working out the ability to burn, hold a pump and an increase in strength. So I would call this a super amino :) Meaning it does a little more than the average amino acid suppliment

i started prototype 216 a week ago so far i can say I've gained three pounds i feel great, zero side effects i am stacking with mri brand black powder no2 black and war, so i will update weekly until they are gone.
