I'm about to finish my second bottle of Altered State and lemme tell ya it works great! The first night i tryed it i was lifting like a monster. My body was heating up and I just felt like the best in the gym. Afterwards though I started to get a irratant to just about everything. It wore of after a bit though. I was very hyper and couldnt sit still!! I continued to take it ofcourse and then about two weeks later began to get headaches when i wasnt drinking a bunch of water with it and on days when i didnt work out and only took one serving of it. Other than those minor things it works amazing. I've been lifting 50 60 more pounds than what i was before i started. NO LIE! Get this stuff now!

I was initially skeptical of the product. I have used many N.O. products and was very pleased with their results. Being in the over 215 lbs range, I really it the weights hard! This product gives me an incredible pump when I need it, and that’s in the gym. Not while I work, not while I’m driving to the gym. During my work-out!!! I love the fact that my recovery time from my work-out is at a minimum. In just a few hours my full range of motion returns to normal, so I don’t have to alter my day to day activities. This product does have a flushing effect. I love it! It gets rid of the unnecessary waste that is clogging your internal system. Most of you guys, that reviewed this supplement, have no idea about bodybuilding supplements. I' ve read some reviews that clearly show that some of you don't have any ability to evaluate correctly. Some said that have tried all nitric products. Well if you have you should obviously realize that this is by far one of the best nitric pills, along with nanox9 hardcore by muscletech, out there. I know that the effects vary among different people but 90% of you should get the same results. This product is a nitric oxide pill, witch weans its pure nitric oxide enhanced with some caffeine to get you more alarmed.It can't be compared to any nitric oxide powder like n.o. explode or superpump.I've tried most of them and i think superpump 250 is the best.But it has many side effects. About altered state now.Some said it doesn't worth the money.Well do you prefer to spent 55-60 euros a month or more for nitric powders? this product costs 50 euros (in my country) and if you take 3-4 pills before your workout 4 times a week it can last for about 3 months!(It has 180 caps inside).You don't need to take more than 4 pills or take any in the morning as prescribed, cause it won't have any effect if you don't train.And you don't have to train more than 4 days a week if you're not a pro bodybuilder. About the effects of the product now. If you don't train you won't have the slietest pump. Unlike other nitric products that get you pump before you even enter the gym! Thats not normal. So as you train you will see your arms for ex. grow bigger, your strength getting longer and your power getting stronger. You will only get pumped in the specific muscle group that you train on that day. Again, unlike other nitric product that pump you hole body. Also, as soon as you finish, the pump will start deminish and combined with an other supplement like protein and creatine this product will help you built more muscle faster than normal and from other nitric oxyde pills. Most products out there will get you pumped before you even hit the gym and you will continue to be pumped even for the next 2-3 hours after you have finished your workout.This is great but next worning you will see no results. Like you hadn't trained at all! For me Altered State is one of the most effective nitric oxyde pills out there. It can't be compared to any OVERPRISEED powder and it has a great anabolic effect that gives you more power strength and actually results! It doesn't have any side effects, as far as i am taking it, and it won't cause you any stomach disorders like superpump. It has worked very well so far.I am 17 years old and i can safely say that it is safe to take and won't cause you any problems, only great pumps and most importantly RESULTS!

Im a fan of MAP, expecially ARSON. This product did a good job but after about 2weeks i felt nothing. Not to mention i had a hard time swallowing those HUGE horse pills. I would recommend this product but ive been around better.

Love it best NO out there, have used superpump250 for six months but this takes the cake. Has caffeine though but thats why I switched wanted a little more jolt. Solid product cool packaging too.

Ok, so I've been on this product for about a week, and I must say after reading the others reviews I agree with most of them, and they are pretty much all encompassing. I felt a HUGE pump in the gym, and my viens stick out like crazy. I understand why this product is for a more serious lifter. I have also managed to get the bubble gut. I hate the feeling I get when I'm comming down off this stuff. But I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about fitness! If you are made of weak sause I do NOT advise you to take this, or even look at the container. You may pass out!

This product is very overpriced...especially considering you don't get much out of it besides bad breath from puking it up. Me and a friend both tried this product and agree that it is garbage. There is no need for anyone to buy this as long as Nitrix, NO Xplode, Superpump, and NaNo vapor are still on the market. I believe that supplements have a different effect on everyone and the only way to see if it's good or not is to try it, but unless you really want this supp. you should get a different NO supp. You wont get near the results the ads claim.

Do not use as directed - you will acclimate quickly and the stuff won't work anymore. Definately don't mix with caffeinated beverages if you don't want to be on the toilet half the day. I take 3 about 30 minutes before a workout and it works as advertised. I get good pumps and have increased productivity, but not significantly better than other products. Overall, it's way overpriced.

Ok two things, one I did try this for a few days. Im not sure if it was the combo of this and the Arson, but man this had me jumping off the walls like crazy, but the crash was "and is right now as Im writing) downright sickening! Mmmkay well I felt pumped up n all but seriously being pumped doesnt mean jacked since u build muscle OUTside the gym. Also the ingredients are caffeine, yohimbe, and l-arginine, which you can get by mixing 3 cups of coffee with some yohimbe and l-arginine pills that are sold for 15 bucks at gnc. Overall OVERHYPED and will NOT help you get any stronger.

My first day that i tried this product. I got ridiculous pumps, i felt like hitting the weights more and not stopping. After a while i was lifting more then my cousin and your veins pop out and even the smallest vein is visible. The only downfall to this product is that its hard to sleep at night if u tried it couple of hours before your bed time.NOT A SMART MOVE..I've been awake all night and I'm writing this review in the morning lol

i was looking 4 something better than NO Xplode and i finally found it! I'm 185 pounds and was benching about 205 for 5 reps, 3 sets, after two weeks i increased to 10 reps for 4 sets. It also ripped me up liek you wouldn't believe. I promise you won't be dissappointed.

I've taken this product as recommended for about two weeks and I didn't notice any better results than the NO2....The only real benefit that I got was an increase in the size of my manhood, but I can't stand the upset stomach, bad breath, and dark stool. So I've quit taking it...

Hear me out! Do not waste your money on this crap. I compared Altered State to this NO pill I bought at [] called NOS Pump by Body Fortress. The NOS Pump gave me the same, if not better pumps than the Altered State did. It's about $40 dollars cheaper, too ($10)! The reason it's so expensive is becasue they have to pay for all the advertising, expensive packaging, and "research", which still mustering up a substantial profit. It's really not worth 1/6 of your paycheck.

I used this product for about a month the overall pumps were generally good but the only problem I had with it was the annoying caffeine it had. I would usually be up all night so if you do buy this product I suggest it for a morning workout and not an afternoon workout.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now I get excellent pumps. I don't even take the recommended dose for people over 200 lbs and still get a good pump. One time i took the recommended dose i broke out into this crazy rash that eventually went away, but it was still crazy cause that never happened to me before.
