I used it for 4 months this past summer, I took 2 pills a day when I worked out instead of the 4-8 that it recommended because I am 5 ft 8. Great pump when you work out, mentally your focus is improved, but ALWAYS monitor your heart rate, it will sky rocket with minimal effort when doing cardio. New users should load very lightly for the first 2 weeks and monitor any change in your physiology.

Used it for six solid weeks. Lives up to the claims of good pumps and a better workout and it's not bad for the price. Last week I noticed my resting heart rate was significantly higher than it normally is. 86 compared to 64 where I like it. I cut the does of Anadrox in half to just prior to working out. My heart rate is down and I still get good pumps. Give it a shot but be careful.

It was a good supplement but gave me really bad gas from all the caffine! I the pump was great and it kept me energized throughout the day but i did crash after the workouts.

Gives amazing pumps but after you get a rapid heart beat right after taking the pills. After you finish working out you will feel so sleepy and have shortness of breath.It wasnt really a rapid hear beat but acclerrated it stops when in 15 mins or so. The part that made me return it was because breathing was hard for like 4-5 hours afterward. Give it a shot but make sure you can return becuase i didnt have any medical problems and it still effected me with the side effects. im now going to try NO2 platinum and cheap creatine with a dextrose transport and then cyle off those 2 and take glutamine. With both those take High Protien and High Carbs
